We have been taking our fur babies to Lake Cable Animal Hospital for about 5-6 years now, and I can confidently say Dr. Watters is without a doubt the most knowledgeable veterinarian in Stark County. She genuinely cares about her patients, and will do everything in her power to give her patients the best care possible. She is very thorough during her examinations, as well as during conversations. She makes sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet. Not only is she kind, she is genuine. Truly. As someone who has been to other veterinarians in Stark Country, Dr. Watters is the only vet I’ve come across who’s top priority is the wellbeing of your pet, and who is as kind as she is. Her staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. You will always get a call back in a timely fashion if they ever need to speak with Dr. Watters regarding your pet. Ken, the head Veterinary Technician, also deserves high praise. Ken is calm under pressure in high stake situations, and has the knowledge to take the necessary actions in any given scenario.
Overall, Dr. Watters and her staff at Lake Cable Animal Hospital are as high class as they come. I can assure you your pets will receive the upmost care in their hands.

We have taken our cats to Lake Cable Animal Hospital for over 25 years, and have always been given great service. The staff is very friendly and professional, and have given the cats wonderful treatment (even when one of them acts like a little monster!).

Dr. Watters is great -- very compassionate and understanding, always taking time to answer questions or discuss any concerns. They have been there for us in difficult times, such as surgeries and euthanasia, and continue to provide great preventive care.

I have referred family and friends to Dr. Watters over the years, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I have been taking my own animals to Dr. Watters for over 10 years. We also took our family dogs to Dr. Waters while I was growing up so the total between the two is well over 20 years. She is an extremely thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian who provides the best possible care to all pets she treats. She is highly skilled in treating both dogs and cats. I have been through many crisis situations with my pets and Dr. Watters and her staff provide them with excellent care. She always communicates all of the options with me and always has the best interest of the animals at heart. During routine exams she takes extra time and answers all my questions whether behavioral and training, diet related etc. and provides suggestions. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Watters and the wonderful staff at Lake Cable Animal Hospital! I don’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I have taken every dog I have ever owned to Lake Cable Animal Hospital, and have always been very satisfied with the service I have received.
Over the years, they have not only provided preventative care, but have also been there for difficult puppy births, canine lymphoma, and end of life care.
They have always been extremely caring and professional, and very honest when discussing even the most difficult topics.
I have referred many friends to their office, and will continue to do so.

I have taken our dogs and cats to Dr. Watters for over 20 years now. Obviously, I think she is a great vet, but not only that, she listens and understands the bond we form with our "kids". The staff has always been wonderful, kind and helpful, the new folks and the folks that have been there awhile. And believe me, with my being in rescue and having a passion for the old and special needs, I do call them a LOT! I have never been turned away or put off even when I know they are swamped. I consider every one there not only a knowledgeable professional, but also a friend.

Took my dear boy to this vet. She was very nice but her staff could use some training. Anyway wanted me to just send my dog in by himself. I do understand these are difficult times. But that’s like asking you to send your young child into the drs office by themselves. AND WHO WOULD DO THAT. !!!!!!!!! Already found another vet. When I told them why I was switching and ask about their policy they assured me they would never ask me to send my pup in alone. Don’t take your pets here.

It’s not everyday you can call a vet clinic and get right in especially a busy clinic, I called because one of our pets passed away and I was told to bring him right in. We had him privately cremated because he meant so much to us! Even though the staff was busy with other animals and surgery I got right in. My fiancé was very attached I got him a paw print and Ken the vet tech had brought it out and wanted to see what I thought first which meant a lot! They turned out perfect! Now we have him returned to us and we couldn’t be more relieved and grateful! Dr. Watters is a very caring vet and I couldn’t ask for a better staff!

We are patients. Our family dog of 15 started going down hill fast on Tuesday. They were closed on Weds at noon. Could not get in. I called Thursday 8:15 am. They said take her to the ER pet. They have no Appt. ER wanted $150 just to see her.. 2nd callto Lake Cable Office made an Appt for Saturday. She was even sicker and weaker later that day Thursday. Third call crying and begging just to have her put to sleep we live in Lake Cable. Asked if I could please bring her in. They put me on hold. "The Dr. Said No" Take her to Stark Vet ER. I called They said $480 to put her to sleep 60 pound dog. She died in my arms just a short time later. I called today to cancel the Saturday Appt and tell them she passed, died in my arms and that the Vet with kindness could have helped us. She very VERY COLD HEARTED SAID FLAT ANNOYED SAID I MEAN DEAD PAN. "I'm sorry to hear that I'll relay what you said, is there anything else I can help you with?" I hung up stunned.
