Had to take my dog in because she was sick with persistent diarrhea. Everyone was super nice and helpful. My only concern was the exam was not in the room with my husband and I. This might be their standard practice I’m just not accustomed to this. My dog has separation anxieties because she was a rescue. But I really liked the vet and all his staff!

The most resent visit was for my cat grooming. The front office were friendly and efficient when checking us in. The groomer came out very quickly and took my cat back. This is a drop off and pick up later kind of visit. When i returned to pick up my cat they were again very friendly and helpful. The groomer did an excellent job, as always. Im very happy with their services. Both of my pets see the vets there and receive great care.

What an incredible team they saved our pups life. Dr Marshall is amazing and very compassionate and very caring. The vet tec took our dog home with her after surgery to make sure he was ok.

Took my dog to Dr Cox last Friday for the first time (as we are displaced from Asheville and staying in Murphy at the moment). My five year old dog had suddenly developed a cough and there was blood present. She did in house blood work and lung and stomach displaying x rays. I noticed that she did not seem confident in her explanations of the x rays and could not identify any leading explanations of the discovery of the mystery mass in his stomach. She did not express a sense of urgency to take him to an emergency vet and even admitted to me at one point that she was distracted. At no point what so ever did she say his condition was life threatening and sent me home with pain meds and a cough suppressant for him. Unfortunately my dog died the next morning. I’ll forever regret taking him here. Take your fur babies somewhere else.

Wonderful staff, excellent care and treatment of our fur babies. We've had experiences with many vets over the years, some good, some not, but none can compare with Chatuge Veterinary. Even though they are an hour's drive from our home, we won't go anywhere else.
