Muy buena atención hablan español habrán los sábados tiene un horario accesible asta las 7 de la noche entre semana ..el paquete anual para tu mascota contiene un examen de sangre y vacunas ..no estan barato pero si conviene ..

I've had great experiences here. Staff is easy to work with and available for questions and concerns. Within 2 months I went from finding out my cat had high blood sugar/diabetic to making the changes and getting his sugar stable off of insulin! They were diligent in follow up testing and making sure the plan we were doing was right for us, and the result worked out great! So glad I have such a wonderful neighborhood vet!!

The staff and doctors are all very friendly and professional. Having a specific appointment time is very important to me as it is Much less stressful on my pet. I have had three different appointments at the lake Station animal clinic and each time my pets have had A very thorough exam, and all of my questions had been answered, and I was still out the door in roughly 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I have been taking my fur babies here for the past 10 years. Dr Heckler was great until he retired. All the doctors are amazing. The staff is very sweet and supportive. I had to put one of my dogs down and all the staff felt my pain and was very sympathetic. I recommend them … I feel you won’t be disappointed.

Doctor is great
Front desk and tech in back very rude and condescending. Needs more professionalism and this place would thrive. Not sure who is running show but clearly its the tech with the attitude. Seems like she is mad to be there and may be mad about her whole life i mean why be mad if someone denys a fecal test? lady is a lunatic and she brings out more lake station vibes and needs more professional vibe

We had to lay our sweet furbaby down and they were wonderful. Very compassionate, gave us all the time we needed and had a separate exit, directly out of the room so you don't have to walk through the waiting area. They made a very difficult time, much easier to cope with.
