Not a big fan of this vet. After a brief conversation she became pleasant, but I just don’t think “your dog is going to die soon” is the best thing to open a conversation with. I understand her point, my dog is a a bit overweight, and I am doing the work now and taking her advice to help with this problem. But by the end of the conversation I asked if there was plenty of time to help him lose the weight and become healthy again and she said “Oh yes, plenty of time.” So I really don’t understand the cold opener to the conversation. The other staff were fantastic, very friendly and I can see they really love the animals. But I dunno if she was having a bad day or what but the Dr was absolutely not very pleasant. At all. This was my first time here, I may try once more down the road, but I certainly would not recommend her to anyone else, personally. Also, one other note I tried to point out a couple other problems I wanted her to look at and she completely ignored me. She made a comment but did not even try to look at what I was talking about. This isn’t trying to be mean or criticize the place, it’s just my personal experience I thought I would share, after some thought.

The staff members here are excellent and caring. I am impressed, too, that they remember me and greet me by name when I arrive. (It's not like I am there every week!) My pet has always been treated well and kindly. They have grooming services, too!

Have been going here forever and it is the only vets office in Carrollton that won't try to sell you on medication or a particular brand of food, etc.. The doctor is very straight forward and will do only what is practical and necessary.

If a certain procedure can't be done here, you will be recommended to the best place to get the help you may need. This place is strictly about doing what's best for your pet not about trying to make money.

Our dogs have been boarded here over the years and have never once had them come back with kennel cough (Like they did at the county animal hospital).

Overall, I highly recommend for cats or dogs (can't speak to any other types of pets). You will get the best care 100%
