Our dog, Aldo, went to this place for grooming and has not been the same since. He shakes uncontrollably, like he's in pain, and this has never happened before. He’s been groomed numerous times, even once at this exact location without any issues. After we complained and brought him back, they dismissed our concerns and tried to shift the blame onto us and our dog. It's clear something happened during the grooming that traumatized him. This once-happy dog no longer plays or chases birds—his personality is completely changed. This facility has ruined our pet, and it’s unacceptable. Their treatment borders on animal cruelty, and they need to be held accountable for the harm they’ve caused.

The staff at this location are all so sweet, kind and helpful! They also have a great payment plan option if you aren’t able to pay the balance in full. I will continue to bring my doggie here anytime she needs to be seen! Edit: also, my dog is typically anxious in these situations and they handled her with lots of care!

I've been coming to this clinic for a long time with my three kitties. Yes they have a great staff. The techs are all very sweet and helpful. The doctors are good as well.
On a different note.... They are the most expensive Vet!! The fees that they charge are so high!
Just so everyone knows..... the people that own this clinic own like 20 other clinics and they are corporate owned. So they are just greedy and all they want to do is rip us off and take money to further line their pockets!! You make it pretty much impossible for people to give their animals the best care possible with your outrageous prices!!!
I have to find a more affordable Vet.

I have never liked taking our dogs to this place but my wife always does. We had our dog in for what was a tummy issue and they gave him a vaccine he didn't need. Next day he fell to the ground and had a seizure. We call them immediately to let them know we were coming in and they said they didn't have time to take a look at him. Not kidding at all! Never seen the same vet twice there. NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. We have been doing it for years and have been getting ripped off left and right and when something happens, they don't care. Our dog has never had issues like this before.

Jinx was in for a dental cleaning. I was updated on his progress by the veterinarian and everything went fine.
Overall, the staff was great and I was confident Jinx was well cared for during his visit.

Took a very elderly dog who wasn’t eating here. Instead of gently letting us know it was time, they quoted thousands of dollars to do diagnostics and dental work—only after we turned that down did they acknowledge the end of life option, and even then presented it as just an option. By the next day it was clear even to us that it was time; he was so unwell. Friendly enough staff, but they should have told us instead of trying to push expensive procedures that he probably wouldn’t have survived.

I really enjoy going into businesses when everybody is so Friendly. Had to bring my 19 year-old cat Lilly in for a couple things. They did an absolute outstanding job and I know I found the right place. It was my first time going there.

Although we’ve taken our kitties here for several years, it’s becoming more apparent as our 17 year old encounters medical issues just how wonderful they are to coordinate care with other vets. They present options, aren’t pushy and treat our Lou like their own pet. They are dependable, and great at communicating. We highly recommend.
