This was the first time in years that
felt I was in a comfortable and safe environment with a Doctor. Dr. Jude Raphael, at Lifeline who conducted my audio tests was very professional and thorough in her examining of my ears and hearing. She made sure I understood every process along the way. She ordered my new hearing aids for me and when they malfunction she made sure I got my replacement. I can hear so much clearer and organization is by far a superb health provider and the Veterans Administration did a great job selecting her for us veterans who are suffering from hearing loss.

Dr. Raphael is amazing and patient! While my mother was her client she was able to link me with resources to help my son as well. She is an amazing advocate for her patients as she ensured my mother received the necessary hearing aids while having to deal with the VA. Dr Jude and LIFELINE staff make visits to their office quick and easy. She helped me select the best hearing aids and answers all my questions. She’s is always available for a quick consult or adjustments to my hearing aids via email or at her office. Besides her professionalism and expertise, Dr. Jude is a caring person inside and out. I was very impressed with the Doctor at Lifeline who conducted my hearing test. She was very professional and through in her examining of my ears and hearing. She ordered new hearing aids for me as my old ones were not functioning as they should. My new hearing aids are rechargeable, which is a great benefit. No more carrying extra batteries so I can change them when they run out of power. I can hear much better and the brand has an app so I can perform functions on my smart phone. Bottom line this Dr and her organization is by far a superb health provider and the Veterans Administration did a great job selecting her for us veterans who are suffering from hearing loss.

It's was wonderful experience every times visited the office. Doctor Jude Raphael and the staffs were so so friendly, nicely service as always.
