I went here in high school, I just got sent a court date due to them not communicating with me about a charge I’ve had. I called and they told me I didn’t have insurance at the time of visit. This was due to the fact the receptionist and billing lady both put my stuff in wrong and didn’t think to tell me for five years. I tried to communicate many times, Andy would never either get back to me or would tell me to contact insurance. I still have never received an itemized bill. Had to spend 12+ hours on hold or talking with my insurance to re-bill it (which is not my job). I also payed an extra charge to an out of facility testing (they gave me the wrong results for two days) DO NOT COME HERE! even for convenience

Staff is caring and competent. They talk directly with my kids when they are the patients. When there isn’t an opening at the clinic, urgent care is always an option. The building is clean, the staff are friendly, and my medical needs are always met.

Terrible medical expierance, hardest clinic to simply schedule an appointment, always get put on hold and have to leave a message and hope to get called back, seems only 1 person in the clinic can do the scheduling? I finally get an appointment scheduled for 1pm, which they say be there at 12:45, but then the doors are locked until 1:05? Very unprofessional. Then to top it all off my last 3 visits have had zero medical impact, I had to go because the insurance company dictates medical care, doctors are simply pupets for whatever the insurance company's says needs to be done... medial treatment is a myth or just a poor joke anymore!

Dont go to urgent care, Went for headache and chest tightness, didnt want to to waste the ERs resources, Took around 25 mins to see a doctor, told her my symptoms was told "you look like someone who has allergies, not someone who has covid normally covid cases look a lot more drained, I've been doing this for so long I can just kinda tell" she decided to have me tested for covid or strep anyway, triage nurse dropped the unopened swab in the trash and decided to open it and use it anyways, Turns out I have covid, just go to Salina, nicest person there was the receptionist.

Haven't lived there for 7 yrs out of the blue I get 2 collection letters and I have not used this place in 7 yrs. How does that work when you don't have any bills there? Not the first time this has happened.

I went with a friend who had an appointment yesterday morning. He arrived on time sat there in the lobby for 40 minutes was the called into doctors area had info taken then sat there in that room for another 15 minutes. This was not the first time according to him this has happened. What is offensive if he were 5 or 10 minutes late for appointment he could not see the doctor and have to reschedule.

If I could give Karna Peterson zero stars, I certainly would. Additionally, the doctor I was assigned after mine left was a joke. You would be better off just to drive to Salina.
