Absolutely the Best!

We have been taking our 12-year-old Irish Goldendoodle, Lou, to Log Cabin Animal Hospital and Dr. Smith for the past 12 years, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional care we have received. From the very first visit, Dr. Smith and the entire team have been compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to the well-being of their patients.

Lou has been treated like family every step of the way, whether it’s routine check-ups, unexpected concerns, or just the warm welcome he gets every time we walk through the door. Dr. Smith takes the time to explain everything in detail, always ensuring we feel confident and informed about Lou’s health. The staff is equally amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile.

Thanks to Log Cabin Animal Hospital, Lou has enjoyed 12 happy, healthy years, and we wouldn’t trust her care to anyone else. If you are looking for a vet who treats your pet like their own, look no further. Five stars isn’t enough!

We had our first visit for our puppy this morning and was so happy with our experience. The staff are very friendly and informative. The Veterinarian here is also very kind, you can tell she truly wants the best for her patients, and will be honest with her input for the betterment of your pet. Atmosphere is very neat, too!

We recently moved to the area and were looking for a local vet. This practice came recommended from others and after having our first visits I completely understand why. The staff is very friendly. They listened to my concerns and what the dogs were going through, gave me helpful tips and advice, and took time to explain, in depth, a chronic condition one of my dogs has had for a few years that our old vet never took the time to do. It felt like they were really a partner and weren’t just rushing us in and out of the door to churn through as many people as possible. I didn’t feel pressured to buy or consent to anything that was recommended and found the prices for services to be appropriate. Very glad to have found this practice for our pups!
