Tengo ninguna cita y luego me dicen que ayer me llamaron lo cual no fue cierto solo me dicen so sorry 😐 no creo que lo sientan no se tiene mucho tiempo como para que alguien te lo haga perder muy mal y me dicen que para hacer de nuevo otra cita falta de respeto perdió más tiempo buscando mi nombre diciéndome que no se podía en vez de poner 3 simples vacuna allí no pongo mis pies nunca más que pena de clínica esta

Pésimo servicio al cliente, no recomendado muy groseras. Si no les gusta trabajar o su trabajo los clientes no tienen la culpa. Si con ese genio atienden y tratan a la gente no me imagino a los pobres animalitos. No es gratis estamos pagando los servicios! 🤬

We absolutely love Dr. Parker. Seriously the best staff and sphynx vet in Vegas💕 father and son kitties Jack aka Poo and his baby PJ have been coming to Lone Mountain Animal Hospitql since birth. The staff is friendly, fast and attentive.

I got immediate service needed an emergency visit. My bearded dragon was sick and we did what we could within my budget. He made it for a few more days then passed. I called to cancel my follow up and when I told them he passed they gave their condolences and then within a few days more I received a sympathy card in the mail signed by the doctor and staff. Thank you for you kindness. I wish there were more options for exotic pets but they are small and hard to provide medical services affordably

Highly recommended for bunny rabbit owners. Bunny owners need exotic vets they can trust in an emergency and Lone Mountain is the place to go. The fact they are open on weekends is a huge benefit, especially since my little guys always decide to get sick late on a weekend. I had two back-to-back cases of GI stasis from gut blockages that affected both of my bunnies about 3 weeks apart. Thankfully, Lone Mountain was there to help, with doctors who are knowledgeable about rabbits. I’ve since addressed the possible problem which may have caused both incidents, and I hope I don’t have to come back for another emergency, but if I do, I know my bunnies will be in good hands.

One of my buns needed surgery (pictured) and Dr. Gowda was very accommodating and professional in informing me of the risks and prognosis. Thanks to their skill and know-how, the little guy pulled through and has made a full recovery. My other bun luckily didn’t end up needing surgery, but Dr. Brooks kept me updated through the whole ordeal and he too made a full recovery. I’m so thankful to them for saving my babies’ lives.

A vet where every Dr is able to handle exotics? count me in.
Our appointment for our bunny went so smoothly and had very minimal wait time. they were quick and efficient and Dr. Brooks made sure to answer all my questions. They also have a portal where you can see all your patient information and book appointments which is super convenient. I have yet to see a vet that has this option. they also take carecredit which is helpful for more expensive bills. Excited to have a knowledgable vet for our 3 bunnies.

Their externship program also seems really awesome. It is a great thing to dedicate time to train and mentor new professionals. I support businesses that foster learning and gives others opportunity.

Lone Mountain Animal Hospital truly made my Diamonds passing and cremation a great experience. During such a difficult time, the staff was nothing short of amazing. Sending this card is such a great touch that goes above and beyond patient service. From the moment we brought Diamond in the door, to picking up her ashes, through the sadness, I felt happy in my heart that I chose the right place for her final arrangements. Lone Mountain Animal Hospital was so caring with every interaction I had. Even the packaging of my little girls cremation package was fantastic. This was one of the most difficult times of my life and Lone Mountain gave me some peace and joy in knowing I chose the right place. Thank you!
