I've been really impressed with this clinic, doctors and staff. It's a nice facility and it is easy to get an appointment. My 15 year old cat was suddenly walking strangely and his health declined rapidly from there. The doctors worked with my budget and were not pushy. When it looked like things weren't going well, the vet was very compassionate and understanding, but gave me my options. Luckily, he is doing much better now, but when the time comes- I won't hesitate to bring him back here.

I recently switched vets to Longwood and am so happy with the care my dog received. The front desk was able to answer all of my general and billing questions, and the tech and vet were both extremely knowledgeable and proactive during our visit. They thought of all possible causes for my dogs condition and discussed the tests and treatment with me before administering. It’s been a couple of days since starting treatment and my dog looks and feels so much better. Thank you to the team that assisted Bella that day! I highly recommend this vet office to other pet parents.

Love all the staff here! Especially Dr McBride! They love on all the fur babies and are very compassionate.It is a bit pricey, but we think it is worth it for our sweet baby.

My 12 year old terrier mix dog is having a problem where he can't use hind legs. The people working there have been so helpful and understanding (I'm having back problems and it's hard for me to carry him.). They have carried him for me and helped me get him in the car. They go over everything with me and make sure I know what I need to do to help my baby. They really care and show it.

They always are compassionate and prompt to take care of our dogs needs when we had to put our dog Jack, down after bone cancer.. we went ahead and had leg amputated, and he lived eight months longer than he could have. I really feel comfortable with Longwood animal clinic with my fur babies needs.

They denied the shipment of our dogs Medicine because we were due for a heartworm test. So now my dog has fleas and possibly heartworms because we have been waiting to get in to see them. Office said we got denied our prescription because she didn’t have an up to date heartworm test. So we went in for a test and then inform us that we got denied because of overdue check up. Conflicting info. Then they said you have to come back for an actual appointment. I said I won’t be coming back. They lost my business. Front office to customer Communication is not good and hurting your business.

I love going here. The staff and Vets are all helpful and friendly and not rushed. They generally see us on time also so they aren't cramming too many appointments into the day. I really appreciate that.

My pups -while not thrilled to be there- trust the staff as well.
