We have a Minature Australian Shepherd puppy. I sold veterinary supplies for a national distributor for 23 years & my father was a Veterinarian so I have been around veterinary hospitals my whole life. Dr Beth Copper is a really good Doctor. I'm glad I found her. All of our visits have been great & she goes over everything really well.

I'm from Hot Springs, Arkansas. My cat had a respiratory issue. I was getting concerned so he came with me on a road trip. With the help of this team, my kitten is coming back from knoxville, to his home... fairly well already! Once home, he is resumed his playful attack on his brother cat and no longer low energy. Entire team does an excellent job with my Husky Shiloh. At Lovell Animal Hospital prices are fair and all pet patients are treated with the best care. The staff excels in showing kindness, knowledge, patience, compassion and professionalism. You are literally everything I look for in a veterinarian. Thank you for always taking care of Shiloh during his visits and sleepovers! We can not say enough about Dr. Sherri and her staff. Dr. Sherri always takes the time to answer any questions we may have, and both our animals and we feel comfortable and confident in her. She always takes time to ensure our animals with special needs are taken care of.
A special shout out to Dr. Sherri, Lauren, and Jackie (sp?), who we see most often. Thank you for always providing great customer service from the front desk to the exam room. We truly appreciate everything you do for us.

Terrible place. I called in advance with my question. They knew what my circumstances were before coming in. My dog fractured her teeth I called asking if they could help they made it seem like they could and had me come in charging me their fees to be seen just to tell me they didn't handle fractured teeth and referred me to another vet that would charge a fee to be seen two months later as well as 22k to do the work I was looking to have done. They took money from me in a desperate time when I really needed it because I was vulnerable and would pay anything for my doggo.
