I was admitted for pneumonia. Due to high amounts of people with various breathing issues I was admitted but kept in the ER until a bed became available. I was given a hospital bed and I was more comfortable. I was moved upstairs the following day. During all of this the staff gave me comfort and took care of everything that I needed. Great nurses and tech support. I want to go on record to say the food was amazing! There was flavor in all selections. Over all my experience for the four day stay was absolutely positive. Thanks for the wonderful care you gave to me.

I was in ICU mid Dec 2024. My nurse, EMALEE, wow❗ there's Good , great & excellent and THEN there's EMALEE. Greatest attitude and dedication towards her profession. The give and take banter we shared was top notch humor. The digs and humorous insults we traded made me feel like we were lifelong friends. When it was time to be serious she was abundantly knowledgeable and informative. The one time I stumpt her with a question she immediately searched out the answer on her computer showed me diagrams and explained the issue. Always attentive and smiling. So much I could say, but I'll just say she's simply the best❗

The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. I was checked in very fast. A very friendly volunteer showed me where to go and was extremely nice. And the lab tech, I believe his name was Aaron was very professional and had me in and out. I've never had a better experience at any other hospital

Labor and delivery was fantastic and I would give that a 5 star. However, since the birth of my child, I set up payment plans for everything. I got a late bill notification in January on an acct that was combined with another acct. I called and explained the letter I got and was told everything was fine and that I was making my monthly payment. They got a new system and everyone was having troubles with it. Well, it was sent to collections. I called today and was told there was nothing they could do about it. How frustrating. Ya do the right thing and they screw ya anyway. Great experience up until this point.

Set up as a virtual over phone and were problems. Emma tried everything with PA Jill, but one side or the other would not work. They told me to come and would see me. When I arrive they took me back immediately. Both again apologize for the system not working. PA Jill listen to what my symptoms were, what I have tried. Took her time, check me out and explained to me the treatment she was going to do.
Both were excellent and showed concern for my condition. Would recommend them to anyone.
