There are not enough words to describe how much I love Dr. Brick and the team at Madison Ave. I use Dr. Brick for both my personal snakes as well as the reptiles & amphibians at my job, and she has always been so thorough and willing to explain everything. I have learned so much from her as an exotic pet owner!! Highly recommend

Dr. Brick and her team are second to none. They are always professional and polite. I have been bringing my turtles and tortoises to them for a few years now. They have always taken great care to let me know what is going on with my turtles and what we need to do to treat them. I have taken a few critical tortoises to them (rescues) and Dr. Brick has saved their lives. They are an awesome team. Thank you Madison Avenue Veterinary Clinic for all you do. ❤️ ?

Madison Avenue Veterinary Clinic will be our forever clinic. I called to schedule an appointment for my bunny Harper. They were booked a month out and so were all the other clinics around. When I got there for the initial check up and RHD vaccine, the employees were very welcoming! I want to give a big thank you to Justine for handling Harper so well during our initial exam. Thank you Dr. Brick for the awesome advice on how to clean her ears, burrito wrap her, and simple care. During the exam, I was able to schedule Harper’s spay which they had an opening 2 weeks later. I was even able to bring her in for an earlier date! (Thank you Greg? I think that’s his name.)
Drop off the night before surgery day to help her get used to her area. Surgery was scheduled for the morning. I received a call in the afternoon with the best news that Harper did great and I would be able to pick her up later. Pick up was fairly easy. They brought Harper to me and gave me details on how to give pain meds and a review on her surgery site. Dr. Brick did an amazing job! Afterwards, I checked Harper out and here we are now.
Post-op update: Harper is doing great. She’s nibbling on some hay and took the pain meds well. I might have to feed her some critical care but I’m hoping that she eats more since she hates it.
I cannot thank you enough Madison Avenue Vet Clinic! I was freaking out pre-op because I kept seeing so many posts about bunnies not making it during spay/neuter but you assured me that everything would go well. Thank you! Truly the best vet clinic to take your exotic pets!

I bring my rabbits here because they are really knowledgeable. They are super friendly and treat my animals so well. 2 of my rabbits ended up having cancer that progressed to far that they needed to be put to sleep. The Vet there was so sympathetic and talked me through it step by step because it was such a stressful time. They did every test to make sure that there was nothing else they could do to save my rabbits. They even dealt with their cremations for me too. They even sent a hand written card to me after my rabbits died. It was so sweet. I was able to make payments on my bill too. This is the only place I'll go for my rabbits if I can help it. I completely recommend this clinic. They are amazing.

Absolutely awesome, what a great team I'm so glad that I brought my macaw there. These are before and after she saw the doctor, honey got her beak trimmed in her nails trimmed and she feels so much better thank you so much you guys.
