Terrible experience. I got work off weeks in advance to make it to this appointment. They ended up drawing my blood and I nearly passed out of because of it. Afterwards the nurse informed me that she should’ve asked if I had eaten anything before drawing my blood because they was likely why I nearly passed out. She also was moving around and fiddling with other things as the needle was in my arm! Ouch. After about 20 min of laying on the bed I was able to leave (with a few pushy reminders from staff as I was feeling like throwing up). I was supposed to go in 2 weeks later after they got the results back. 2 days before my appointment a got a TEXT, not a call, saying that they had forgotten to send my blood sample to the lab and they would need to take it again. I asked them to call me multiple times and they refused. I was not impressed by anyone here and will not be returning. And yet they still sent me a bill. 1 star.

Dr. Matt Allred took my endometriosis pain seriously and gave me an official diagnosis through laparoscopic surgery. He was the first doctor to listen to my concerns and try various treatment methods, and is very knowledgeable. I also love the ultrasound techs at this office; they are caring and kind. The only reason I am giving this office as a whole 4/5 stars is because it's sometimes a nightmare to get in touch with anyone via phone, and I've had to sit in the waiting room for up to two hours past my scheduled appointment time. Overall, it's a great clinic with caring providers!

I do not use the word hate lightly. But I hated this place for pregnancy. And almost every single person I’ve talked to since have said the same thing. I would not recommend it to anyone. At the time I was a young mom/college student (like most people in rexburg) and genuinely thought the doctors had my best interest in heart. But they didn’t. All they care about is money annd their own wants. And they are ridiculous for how common they push c-section and undervalue the mom/their patients wants and options. They are awful not only in birth, but during the pregnancy as well.
I have since had 3 wonderful and healing VBACS at other hospitals. And have been told by many health professionals that some of the things they did to me, and their reasonings for pushing the c-section on me were not only incorrect but also unnecessary.
Bottom line, They take advantage of people being young naïve moms. And honestly they shouldn’t have the right to practice.
For the record: I am talking about Allred, and Evans DO NOT SEE THESE PEOPLE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE AND THEY ARE DESPICABLE DOCTORS IN EVERY FORM OF THE WORD. I WOULD NEVER SEND EVEN MY WORSE ENEMY TO THESE PEOPLE.
I’ve heard decent things about Call and Redd. But cannot say with my experience. But honestly, just go to another hospital in IF.

One of the doctor was flat out disrespectful when I was trying to explain that I was upset it took a hour to even talk to a nurse I was told they were doing me a favor by letting me come in on a cancelation. I loved going there with my pregnancy but will never recommend them for anything else. I completely understood waiting I simply asked when I was gonna be seen cause I had to pick up my child from school and got nothing but disrespect

I couldn’t possibly recommend Fay more. She genuinely cares for her patients and sees them as a whole person. Her bedside manner is exceptional.

I’ve primarily seen Dr. Allred, Amber, and Toni during my (very first) pregnancy. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with them and the staff. Dr. Allred and Amber delivered my son and while it didn’t go as planned, I knew myself and my son were in good hands. I’ll definitely be using MWC for all my healthcare needs.

I picked this clinic due to the location being closer to where I was living but I ended up having a terrible experience with Dr. Alred. During my first appointment with him, he was very rude about my case (pelvic avm) and told me that I shouldn’t have gotten pregnant and needed to be sterilized after this pregnancy if it was to continue. After making this comment, he apologized for being so blunt and explained that he had just came back from his brothers’ funeral. I understand the emotions that come with grief but if you are unable to show professionalism or basic kindness to patients, you need to stay home from work until you’re emotionally ready.

He later mentioned the need for abortion, in the same appointment, due to the safety of this case but did not know the full extent of the case to make that decision. After this comment was made, I had asked for information about the procedure (D&C/D&E) since he believed it would be the best situation for my condition. Two weeks later, at my next appointment, he stated that he does not believe in abortions and it goes against his religion (yet we are both LDS and with my case this would have been an exception). He denied ever giving me that advice in prior conversations and seemed upset I came to another appointment still pregnant. He continued to say that I shouldn’t never gotten pregnant and should’ve been more careful (this pregnancy was planned and my husband and I did not want to have an abortion, the doctor had been the one to suggest it).

I also had extreme HG during my pregnancy causing me to be dehydrated and coughing up blood (due to extreme vomiting). He offered to give me IV’s for my nausea but continued to tell me he couldn’t help me more and left the room. For both of these appointments my husband wasn’t able to attend yet when my husband was present, the doctor’s behavior was more professional and kind towards our situation. The nurses were sweet whenever we had appointments but their behavior alone isn’t enough for me to stay a patient with this clinic.

I soon left the clinic after this appointment and began my pregnancy care with an OB in Pocatello who was much more considerate and helpful with my case.

If you are high risk, have any chronic illness, or have a pregnancy out of the “norm”, this isn’t the place to go.

I had a stage 4 tear due to Tony not giving me an episiotomy, and I was convulsively dry heaving because the epidural made my blood pressure drop. They didn’t give me meds to counteract that and the epidural was too high so I couldn’t even tell when or where I needed to push. This was 6 years ago and I had to get a perineoplasty and a sphincteroplasty done to repair the damage caused. I wasn’t put back together properly and no amount of pelvic floor therapy helped. I pooped my pants almost daily for 5 years.
