We take our bunnies to see Dr. Sydney Brancaleon and she has always given them the best care. She is always very thorough, answers all of our questions and never rushes our appointments. You can tell she cares about her patients. The rest of the staff is always so kind as well, notably Alicia who usually rooms us and is so kind and loving to our buns. We saw Dr. Niemann once and he was wonderful as well. We always receive nothing short of an exceptional level of care and compassion.

I wish I had more than 5 stars to give this place! My cat, Lucky, has terrible anxiety that can’t always even be handled with his meds. I was super anxious about bringing him to Magrane for the first time after a previous negative experience at another local vet.

Magrane is fear free certified, so have a special waiting area for cats. My cat was too anxious to be there in his carrier, though. They noticed him meowing, and let us take him back to a room where he could walk around.

Dr. Candy is SO nonjudgmental of owners and is so understanding. I was a college student at the time, and she was so understanding when I explained what was in my budget and what wasn’t. They helped me get the cheapest version of his prescription food and meds, too.

I do not think I have ever seen this cat calmer in a new situation, thanks to the amazing people at Magrane! He had to get some tests done and was super calm by the end.

I switched to Magrane maybe 2 years ago and I have had nothing but positive experiences. All of the staff are so kind and helpful. I would always choose to pay more to ensure my animals receive proper care. Between my senior dog and a new puppy we spend a lot of time there! They open up their schedule for more urgent concerns when needed. We love Magrane.

unfortunately we had to put down our beloved family member Schwarber. Dr. Sydney Brancaleon and the entire staff were so understanding and caring. they walked us completely through the process and were by our side the entire time.
Dr. Sydney was absolutely wonderful! I know our Girl was in great hands. the end is never easy but they gave us the time to say our goodbyes and let us be with Schwarber as she took her final breathe.

This was my first visit with Magrane The whole experience went miles above and beyond my expectations. Totally different from my past experiences with other vets. I felt like they treated my cat like he was an ill child. ( Which he is from my point of view) I feel very comfortable and confident I made the right choice with this Vet and the whole operation. I got a full explanation of what was wrong with my cat and what was done. I also got information on what the problem was and how to keep it from reoccurring.
Update - I brought my boy in for a 2 week recheck. He is doing great. Dr Niemann is a genuinely caring person. I had a preconception of magranes being a lot more expensive. NOT the case , maybe a few dollars more. For the caring service.that we got you can't put a price on it. He looked at Fandango and knew what was wrong the first time. I'll give them a hundred Stars if I could. The billing was not only itemized it was laid out in plain English what he had, what was done and what the plan was. They are true professionals and I won't take my cat anywhere else ever. Everyone I make contact with at this place had a smile on their face and made us feel so welcome. My cats now doing well physically and mentally.

They've helped care for my dog, Rosemary, when she had her bladder stone issues. It's awesome that there's a Thrive pet membership to reduce vet service costs which has helped us get the care we need without any financial problems. It's been a year since her bladder stone issue, and she's been a healthy fur baby with the dog food diet change. Thank you and we will keep coming back to maintain her health! 💖
