I hired MaidServe for cleaning services of a one-bedroom apartment. Maria and Andres, a lovely couple (they called themselves Team Victor) worked for three hours on a somewhat difficult job, and I am quite pleased with the result of their work and their professionalism. I had a lot of dust and animal hair to clean up. They worked studiously and meticulously and asked several questions using Google Translate. It was a pleasure to interact with them. Prices are mid-range. Once again, I am quite pleased with the results due to the complexity of the job and the quality of service I received. I will definitely use MaidServe in the future, and I recommend this business to anyone looking for an honest, reliable cleaning service. Maria and Andres (Team Victor) are a pleasure to work with.

I can’t believe I fell for this! They were amazing the first cleaning! Came into my little house and cleaned it in two hours! Charged me an amazing rate on top of it so of course I wanted them back! The next time they sent two completely different people who sat out front for over 30 minutes before coming in….Which is fine if I didn’t end up having to pay for the time! Once they were inside the guy stood around almost the whole time while the other lady cleaned. Occayhe would go out to the car to look on his phone. They then turned around and tried to charge me for four hours! Double the time and price but because you have to put your credit card on file at the beginning, it’s easier for them to get away with it! Be aware! They will make it amazing and quick the first time and then turn around and scam you after!

I recently had the pleasure of working with MaidServe and the helped me with my unit in Del Rey, Los Angeles, CA. They cleaned my 2 story unit with a private outdoor rooftop patio incredibly well and went above and beyond to make it shine.

One of the standout features of their work was how well they cleaned up the Spanish tile throughout my patio area. It had accumulated dirt and grime over time, but they were able to make it look like new again. Additionally, the outdoor stairway leading up to the rooftop was cleaned thoroughly and looked fantastic after they finished.

Overall, I would highly recommend this cleaning business for anyone in need of a reliable & thorough cleaning service. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Overcharged for more hrs than actually worked. Let our cat out of the house after we asked that they not let cats out and then didn't let us know our cat was out. Used our own concentrated cleaning soap without asking after being told they brought and used their own supplies. Bad first experience and we will not be using maidserve again.

This company has the best customer service I've seen for any maid company. The first team of maids they sent to my house were amazing. The second team I scheduled on a different day was okay, but not quite as detailed as the first crew. I am blown away by the effort they took in ensuring I was happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a few people over and unfortunately, it ended up leaving my house a huge mess. The task of cleaning it all up myself was daunting and so I decided to call MaidServe. They sent someone the day after my call and I was really blown away with how great the cleaning was. There was no spot left untouched and they didn't cut any corners. They really make sure that their customers are happy with the overall experience. I would gladly hire them again for a cleaning. It was so nice not to have to do all that work myself.

Excellent job guys, Liza and Max were super nice and very well prepared. We had a big job lined up after a small renovation in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms downstairs. There was a lot of paint drops on the floor and dust everywhere so that was a big problem that we needed to get rid of. They spent 5 hours dusting and scrubbing. When they were finished we could finally use our bathrooms and kitchen. I will recommend them to my real estate friends and contractors. Thanks guys.

We hired MaidServe to clean our house after a big party for our kid. We had a lot of people and we had a big mess to clean after the guests left. We needed extra help in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Catering was a big mess and kids were not nice to our bathrooms. MaidServe was very professional and up front about how long they thought it would take to clean the whole house. This ended up being a big job and we are so glad that MaidServe was able to take care of us. Their promotional rate was very affordable compared to what we are used to paying but the front office was great! We will definitely use them again in the future for all of our house events.
