We started taking our 2 dogs to see Dr Jones in 2011. At the time, we had no idea what holistic vet medicine was or if we would ever need it. 2 years later, our little dog, who was 13 at the time, developed an operable intestinal tumor. After the surgery he developed sepsis and almost died. For an entire week, I took him to the office to spend the entire day on “ozone therapy.” Dr Jones said she had saved another dog’s life this way and she wanted to try. It worked! When Pancho was better, Dr Jones said we had probably bought ourselves 2 more years with him. Well, he just turned 19! And just today his new vet in Miami told me he’s showing no signs of slowing down and he’s never met a dog like him. Every year when we celebrate his bday, I think of how lucky we all were to have had Dr Jones in our lives. There is no other. Trust her implicitly.

Dr Jones was awesome. She was so sweet and caring to us and our baby. After we euthanized him she left us with him so we could have some time with him to mourn and to show our other animals that he was gone. She messaged and let me know she took him to VCA for cremation. For an awful experience of putting down our beloved Benecio she did everything to make it as smooth and painless as possible.
Less than a week later we received a lovely personal card in the mail. I would recommend Dr Jones to anyone

I would give Dr. Jones 10 stars if I could! She saved our terrier, Captain when it seemed like he would never recover. Looking back, it must have been that mystery respiratory thing dogs were coming down with. Captain was in a nebulizer for a week! A friend recommended we call Dr Jones, and Captain made a full recovery in days. She really is the best. “Believe in the Remedy” ?

Dr. Jones saved my dog's life from euthanasia! A different Vet gave us a wrong diagnosis and was careless with our dog's health. But Dr. Jones came in and did a proper evaluation of our dog and he is now doing much better with natural medication, not drugs that artificially and temporarily help him. You can easily tell her love for animals and she is very accommodating with appointments. We spent thousands of dollars at the Vet that gave us the wrong diagnosis and have not nearly spent that much with Dr. Jones (not due to a lack of quality). Dr. Jones' treatment is nothing like I have seen before. If you are uncertain about your dog’s health, see Dr. Jones!

I would recommend Dr. Racheal to anyone who want to see continued results. I have a cat she's 2 yrs. old and for the pass year she been experiencing sores in her mouth I've gone to several vets who only practice western medicine, and the problem persisted while in their care. So, a friend recommended Dr. Racheal after I saw the change in her dog that I sometimes dog sat for, she was like a puppy again.
I believe in homeopathic medication and body adjustments for your pet is more effective and it's the way of the future and I really feel this is Dr. Racheal calling. She is simply brilliant at what she does.

When I went to visit Dr.Jones I felt like I could finally exhale as I knew I was in such good hands. She offered informed, holistic solutions that actually made a difference. She has such a gift working with animals, and I can't express enough how relieving it's been to see someone I trust and who handles my dog's issues with so much care. As a part of the medical professional world, my job is patient advocacy.

It is heartwarming to find a colleague who puts her heart and soul into healing, looks at ALL aspects and possibilities, and never gives up. This describes Dr. Rachel Jones.

There are few and far between that can live up to her ethics and level of care.

I have a 13 yr old terrier battling for his life and continuing to improve after the deep dive that only Dr. Jones could provide. She does not give up.

She uses many alternative methods to heal and it makes a huge difference. I can not say enough about her integrity.

She is one of a kind and I highly recommend her for all your pet's care needs.
