I brought in my furbaby for a checkup and an evaluation for some issues my baby was having . Sadly , it was discovered that his health was seriously jeopardized and I had to send him over the Rainbow Bridge. The Doctor and staff were so compassionate and did not try to pressure me in surgeries or treatments that would not give him the quality of life . They gave us time to say our goodbyes and on the way out, heartfelt condolences. Im very grateful to all the staff during this heartbreaking moment . Your kindness and compassion truly shows . Thank you for all you did for Jay Jay.

The girls up front are always a bit short and rude IMO. Dr. McCully is great but I feel like the other vet is dismissive. Recently, I called in with an emergency and needing an emergency visit (cat with a bladder blockage who ended up needing surgery). I was put on hold and the girl never came back. I hung up and ended up going to another vet who was absolutely wonderful.

They are so friendly, patient and kind. They saved my kitten. I had been taking her to another vet and it was costing me a small fortune for the other vet to do the bare minimum. This place didn't do that. It cost me the same amount, they did way more, and I swear if it wasn't for this clinic she would not have made it.

Took my cat "Pee Wee" to get neutered. The staff was great and courteous. Their prices are fair. They did a great job with "Pee Wee." I hope now he stops his,"Tom catting"
