We recently took our beloved cockatoo, Taki, to Dr. Robillard for an examination. She was so personable and adept at her job! It made us very comfortable and confident in her care now & in the future! Taki liked her too!
Our bird is fairly young, so, Dr. Robillard, we need you to stay for the next fifty years! OK! ?

My dog mugen has been going here for many years. 12 years old now and we've had a great experience with the staff and he likes it much better than the last practice we took him too. Really like both of the vets there and this last time he ate a corn cob, like the bone of the corn and we took him in for an emergency visit. He was fine but the staff has taken really good care of him and he's 12 and in pretty good health still, minus sometimes stubbornly eating food adjacent items lol. I highly recommend this vet!

I discovered my chinchilla had a mystery string tied tight around her tiny little finger last night. I tried for a couple hours before giving up and calling vet offices. The lady at Vetco in Evans recommended a couple places including this one. This morning, they took my chin straight back and had the string off before I could finish paperwork. Admittedly, I was nervous, but this was officially my first positive vet experience in a while. Thank you, staff!

Do not EVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. They do not care about anything but a dollar. My dog has NEVER had inflammation on her nipples. Ever since I took her here for shots she has had inflammation and seems very low energy. Ive called only to be placed on hold multiple times for 10 min at a time! The receptionist doesn’t listen and is very rude! 0/10 experience and will never go back!

I Called Martinez animal Hosp early Monday for my puppy Bella/a patient, I’m worried she may have something in her throat due to gagging over 24hours now. The sound from the ladies voice who answered the phone and.after I explained Bella’a situation, it was as if she had no care in the world and I was told to take to St Frances Hosp….Heart song spay and neuter is back open now and are so nice to help me and ease my
mind. Anyone who loves their fur babies and are at a vulnerable state concerning their pups health, I pray you never feel the way I did after speaking with Martinez Animal Clinic. And I feel it’s sad that I felt the need to write this.

My dog had an issue that needed to be taken care of ASAP. I called Martinez animal Hospital after trying others that were booked and couldn’t see her. They told me that they took walk-ins from 2 o’clock until 4 o’clock. We drove from Lincolnton – 40 miles – And when we took her in at 2:30 they said sorry, that they were full. They should’ve told us on the phone to be there early. Very disappointed! They will not see me again!
