Dr. Matsuura answered my call, bawling at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. She graciously agreed to come help our beloved 15 year old pup over the rainbow bridge. Our old lady got to leave us in her own yard surrounded by her people. Dr. Matsuura was so kind and answered my small children's questions with patience and a gentle voice. We are very grateful for her help in a difficult time.

This is the most difficult review to write because of the nature of the service provided. Our old shepherd had reached the stage in her life that she was telling us to let her go and we were given the name of Dr. Marcia Matsuura who could provide the service in the comfort of our home where our dog was most comfortable. Thank you Dr. Matsuura for your kind and truly compassionate visit. Through all the heavy tears and crying, you were such a professional yet showed such a gentleness that made it bearable! Thank you for what you do.....

Dr. Matsurra came to out house to help us say goodbye to our beloved pet. She was very kind and compassionate. We were at a loss because our dog was a larger size and we didn't want to take her to a vet and have her be scared. We were able to have her comfortably in our house with the family around. It was a very special moment. She also took her to be cremated for us. Very very happy with our experience with Dr. Matsurra.

My experience was great. We had to put down my sweet old man of 17 years who had cancer. She was very kind, thoughtful, and helpful. I truly appreciated having the opportunity to have our last moments at home. Definitely give her a call

Dr Matsuura is the only local vet that will come when it's time to help your dog over the rainbow bridge. I didn't have to take my boy to the vet's office where he would be scared. He fell asleep in my arms and in the love of our family. We were all there for him. She then also agreed to be the go-between with the animal crematorium. The price for this bespoke service was well worth it. She kindly sent a sympathy card to my family later during the week.

Excellent price, friendly doctor, accommodating service. Highly recommend
