I have been taking my dog to MLVH for over a year (since I first got her). MLVH staff is so nice and careful. My dog loves them!! Yesterday my dog had some unusual lab results. Although they closed at 4pm, Dr. Weeks called me at 7 pm to give an update. I am very thankful the Doc was willing to take her own time and inform me about my dog!!! BIG SHOUT OUT TO MLVH!!

We have been taking our dog, Sable, to MLVH for 3 years, ever since she was a puppy. She's always received top of the line care. Very recently, she had bilateral TPLO surgery, performed by Dr. Munjar, and the staff made everything such a breeze, both for us and for our sweet Sable. The office is always clean and bright and we love everyone who works there. They are so kind and attentive and loving to our Sable girl and we are so thankful for them.

DO NOT GO HERE! Honestly, so many things went wrong that I can’t believe they are still in business. I asked for a copy of my pets prescription 9 times and I still don’t have it. They lied to my former vet on Oahu, zero communication, made me prepay for medication then gave it all out to others and this list goes on and on. The staff and vet are very nice but the office needs some serious training. I would not recommend this establishment. Spend your money somewhere else so you don’t end up frustrated and in tears. After 2 months, I finally picked up the meds today and still no copy of prescription! I will report to DCCA with a formal complaint. The nerve of the vet to charge 100’s of dollars then refuse to provide me with a copy.

I went down in person to get a copy of the prescription and was told they charge a fee! I own that prescription when I paid $300 for the exam! They want you to buy meds from them but they are expensive. So what do I think about any business that nickel and dime me? I think they care more about my money than my pet. I don’t do greedy.

Words cannot express how amazing Dr. Tana Weeks, Marietta and the entire team are! They have taken such good care of our doggies, and have gone far far beyond the call of duty. God bless and we feel so grateful to them...

Read the one stars as well, not just the 5s. Its almost laughable how this place is such a money grab that preys on the feelings of pet owners to milk as much money as they possibly can!

Had a visit with my little Kodi today, and the staff was a great pleasure to deal with from the start to the end of our visit. The vet was so kind and took great care of our little man. Would definitely recommend them if you need a veterinarian. Mahalo again

All of the staff were super friendly. The doctor really took her time explaining things to us. I truly felt like everyone there cared for my dogs well-being as much as me. So glad to have found this clinic.

This is my first review I’ve ever written... that’s how happy I am about my visit. Don’t even know where to start. So impressed by this place. Well worth the drive from lahaina. Staff was amazing. They were able to squeeze us in, in their busy schedule because they took my pups needs seriously. Warm, friendly, clean environment. Highly recommended, not going anywhere else now. Most importantly took my dogs needs into consideration and not money hungry like some other places. Again... highly recommended!!!! (As I’m leaving, a lady came in with an orchid and pic of her dog who just passed away of old age, just to say thanks to the staff.) if that doesn’t say enough than I don’t know what is. ?
