The lights in MW must make your teeth look very white, because once I left, I saw no difference.

So I called the next day to see if I could either try it again (although I was in excruciating pain hours later) or get some refund back. The girl I spoke to said that the girl who took care of me wasn't there, but that she'll leave a message with her and the owner.

It has been 6 days, and I have not received a call yet. I've tried calling twice since then, but keep getting the answering system.

I feel like I took $100 and threw it down the toilet. I don't know how a business could overlook its customers. I am not happy with MW at all.

I'm not sure if the nice lady that took care of me never got the message or if there's another reason I'm not hearing back from them. According to the girl I spoke to, their reputation is very important to them, as it should be.

So please kindly contact me whether or not something can be done. It's been 1 week since my treatment.

*** It's now been 3 weeks and still no word.. I guess their reputation isn't really that important to them. Thanks for nothing.
