I was in shock and overwhelmed when I noticed water coming up from my kitchen floor panels! I worked with Maxi Services through the whole process and am more than happy with the results. I was informed every step of the way and was told to call anytime. The Maxi crew are skilled and professional! I am so grateful for all Maxi Services and Restoration did, they truly went above and beyond to give me a new kitchen!!! I would highly recommend their services to anyone! Thank you Maxi Services and especially Roman for a job well DONE!!!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. Extremely unprofessional, lack of communication, and entirely insensitive to the client. I've had such a terrible experience with this company but the things that made me the most frustrated:

1. The workers are NEVER on time (always 1+ hour late) so we have to wait around for them if we need to leave the house...and sometimes they just straight up lie about when the workers would come. They said the workers would absolutely wouldn't work on weekends so we had friends over on Friday and Saturday. They show up first thing Saturday morning...
2. They had to block off 80% of our only 2 rooms in the apartment to do work. Didn't tell us this prior to showing up to start work even though someone had come to the apt to inspect it beforehand. Tried to charge us hundreds of dollars because Roman, the extremely rude manager, said we the workers couldn't start work since our things were still in the rooms they had to work on when we weren't even told to move them....
3. Terrible communication and lack of understanding to the residents living in the apt they are working on. They are super vague about deadlines and basically give you no information on when the entire job would be finished. You can see how frustrating that would be when both me and my partner work from home, and BOTH of our office spaces in only 2 rooms in the house were blocked off. Ended up having to delay a month's work producitivity.
4. Had to sleep in the living room for days because they ran extremely loud machinery in both bedrooms (of course without notifying us prior)

Overall the worst experience I've ever had with any service in general. Romans is the rudest most unprofessional guy I've ever met. He's super hard to deal with and won't listen to a work you say. On the phone he just tries to talk over you even when you are being reasonable and patient. Stay away from Maxiserve.

I'm on the board of our HOA, and we've worked with Maxi Serve several times. We were referred by our HOA mgmt company, Allstate.
We've unfortunately had several leak issues where we needed mitigation done asap to prevent mold. Most of the communication was done with Roman the owner and he's been great.
He sends his techs same day to start the mitigation, which includes identifying all the area with moisture, setting up fans for drying then removal of everything that has been water-damaged (drywall, insulation, etc)
The buildbacks take a bit longer, but that's expected and we've never had issues with craftsmanship.
Lastly, they have the proper software to produce itemized estimates/proposal which is necessary to get the proper insurance coverage for when it makes sense to make a claim.

Over the past three years our kitchen ceiling and walls were damaged twice by two separate leaks coming from our upstairs neighbor. We used Maxi Serve both times to properly dry out the damaged areas. Roman and Amy were straight forward and very good at communicating start to finish. The entire team was very professional and thorough, making sure to properly seal off the area before starting work and coming back multiple times to make sure all the wood in the ceiling was completely dry. I highly recommend them.

I unfortunately had a roof leak that turned into a mold situation in my kitchen. I found Maxi Serve online because of all the positive reviews and connected with Roman who helped me through the process quickly and smoothly and was very communicative and professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Maxi Serve and Amy in the office was a true delight as well.

Worst experience of my life. Roman did work not authorized by me or my agent, and did not properly pay his subcontractors. I had to research and pay the men. Roman is horrible.

We hired Maxi Serve for some water damage after a pipe that connects to the water heater broke causing a leak into a bedroom below it. Maxi Serve inspected the damage, saw that there is some mold, removed the mold, and then drywalled & painted it. The service was professional and courteous. Work was done on time and within budget.
