The staff and doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. Their hours are great and I appreciate that they sell my cats diabetes food. They do dental work and boarding. Both of which I will be using soon. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a vet.

We lost our dog Luna on Monday and while the heartbreak feels never ending, we are eternally grateful for the care she received from Dr. Anna and the entire McAfee staff through the very end. From annual visits, to her diagnosis, check-ins, and down to her final days, their service never faltered.

Some of the reception ladies are abrasive and some are sweet. It’s tough when you get one with an attitude (I think there are at least 2) and kind of negatively affects perception of the whole business. Dr Anna is truly awesome and has gone above and beyond. The gentleman that runs the kennel is also wonderful. 5 stars for the nice employees and Dr Anna, negative 5 for the low performers. There are a couple with negative tones, who I would not want answering the phone if it was my business.

McAfee is awesome! We switched from another vet over to McAfee this spring and I am so glad that we did. Dr. Clements has been great to work with! Both of our dogs love her. She is very thorough and does a great job explaining everything to you. We will never go anywhere else!

I've been taking my many pets here for years and dread having to call the office to ask questions or schedule an appointment as 90% of the time I'm on the receiving end of attitude and a major lack of courtesy. Same thing at the counter usually. That being said, the vets are usually kind enough and seem to do their best.

If it wasn't so inconvenient to shop around for vet care, would've stopped taking my pets there a long while ago.

Upon researching & inquiring unci occasions what I’ve encountered and also walking into inquire:

There are several negative tones, who I would not want answering the phones and/or deal with at entry point if it was my business. When calling and asking questions is like trying to pull teeth without anesthesia.

I’ve heard wonderful things of Doctor Steven V. and from reading the reviews and hearing from personal friends and my personal experience as a walk-in to inquire @ the front desk (Amy) personalities are not pleasant individual(s) to deal with. Are they all programed not to smile? How sad!

They need an attitude adjustment and it’s because of people like us that they have a job.

I’ve heard great things about Dr. Anna/Brooks and Steven, but I really have to think about this one.

Please life is hard enough as it is why make it harder for someone walking in. It’s a job you should be grateful 4 the job you have and it doesn’t cost you anything to be pleasant and give a smile.

Dr Brooke is amazing at handling a challenging dog. Not only does she do what it best for the dog’s health, she makes the dog as comfortable as possible during the visit. She gives the best experience possible to both the dog and owner.

I just got a puppy who needs the last of their vaccines ASAP. When I called them to schedule a puppy visit they said since they hadn’t seen them before they couldn’t schedule the appointment for 3 more weeks and the lady practically laughed at me on the phone. I called another vet and they got him in this Wednesday. Puppies can’t wait to get their vaccines, that is necessary care.
