Everyone here was kind. It's very clean and reasonably priced. This is the best vet I have found, so I will be back. They didn't shame me for my dog being a little chunky as another vet did, and that was really nice. My dog is a middle-aged husky that runs and plays but does get extra treats because we love her. They understood that.

We have been extremely pleased with the care our animals receive here. We r new in the area and found our cat was blind. The whole staff was so kind to us. They treated both our cat and dog as though they were very important and took a lot of time with both of them. Would highly recommend this practice.

We have been with McCordsville Animal Hospital for over 20 years now. They have gone out of their way to make sure our dogs have always been taken care of perfectly! Absolutely, the best Veterinary care! I have taken all of my dogs here. From end of life care to a new puppy, we have always had great care. We still prefer McCordsville Veterinary, since moving out of the area 11 years ago. Worth the drive!

The receptionist, (Stacey I believe her name is) is very hard to deal with when calling and visiting. We have 2 puppies that go and every time I call or go to their appointment it is always a hassle. She hardly acknowledges us walking in but speaks to other clients with no issue and on the phone she makes the entire call difficult by acting extremely unhelpful. I asked about puppy stool samples and she acted like it was a made up thing but when I went to the appointment the Dr. asked me where the samples were and I had to tell him the lady up front made it seem like I only needed it for issues not routine visits. I called to order new monthly medication for my cane corso and she made the entire process so stressful; we dropped off the paperwork for our German shepherd and she “lost” it; I returned a missed call and of course she couldn’t even try to see if notes were left. It is so frustrating getting past her to get to the care team. I mentioned how she speaks to me to the care team and they didn’t really seem too concerned about her being unprofessional and unhelpful. The overall environment seems unwelcoming for my family.

We’ve been thrilled with the care our dog has received here! We adopted from a local shelter and had to do a tail amputation on our dog a week and a half after we brought him home. As new dog owners, we’ve had lots of questions/concerns regarding this and Dr. Harbin and the other staff have been so patient, helpful, and responsive to answer any questions we’ve had through this process to make it as easy on us and our dog as possible. Highly recommend!
