The most amazing doctors and staff I've ever met at a veterinary clinic. I am forever grateful for the way they cared for my dog Bear. Every interaction was dealt with extreme kindness and warmth. I was denied Emergency care for my dog in the middle of the night at Sage in Campbell due to full patient capacity. MedVet had extraordinary care and kindness when caring for Bear and also myself as a distressed dog mom.

The most cavalier attitude I've seen, towards customers, and pets. They're sadly just another overpriced money-making racket, masquerading as a veterinary clinic. They're secretive about wait times, badly managed, and understaffed. Prices are exorbitant, while the service is impersonal, bureaucratic and indifferent towards the needs of the pet (and the customer). Don't waste you time here.

I really appreciated the walk in aspect. They were super friendly. The doctor explained the situation and care. They were honest about what the cat needed. And the facility is really clean. I felt very good taking my cat there.

Excellent care for Twink this past Sunday. Dr. Alex was so caring and compassionate - I left Twink feeling like she was in good hands. Dr.’s LaPlume and Peterson were also very good and Dr. Jorgensen was quick to follow at the next morning. Thank you for caring for my girl!

Had a wonderful experience at the Campbell location. The staff & the doctors were so welcoming and accommodating. Everyone was very attentive. Checked in, filled paper work & had my pup get examined pretty quickly. Nina is doing fine now at home. Thank you so much for the quick examination and care. Definitely recommend!

My pet came back feeling better and we had an action plan to help her after our visit. We were given clear instructions and were treated with genuine compassion. The care givers and staff were patient with my scared dog and took their time making sure she was comfortable.

My newly adopted cat accidentally ate 2-3 inches yarn. I checked with a vet my friend recommended. He recommended me to take her to Emergency Sage or Med vet. So I googled. MedVet is the closest office I found. I called the office while preparing the trip. The front desk staff Claudia asked me to bring my cat immediately. 20 minutes later we were here. The office is clean and quiet. We were lucky that there was no line. I filled out the form and a staff named Misty came to meet us within a few minutes. I asked if I can be there for my cat during the procedure. Misty told me that the standard procedure will be 3 steps : 1) a shot to help my cat vomit; 2) my cat will be in her kennel and put in a dark room by herself , of course out of the kennel to vomit; 3) another shot to reverse it/the vomiting. I can be with her during the first step. I wish I could have been there for my cat the whole procedure. I have to trust that they are professionals who love animals. I followed Misty into the operation room. Dr. David Novotny greeted me friendly. My dearest cat is so tame that she didn’t even meow or struggle a bit when she had the shot. Then I had to go to the waiting area. I was told that it took about 10 minutes. It actually takes 30 minutes. I was released when the door opened and Misty showed me the yarn as shown in the picture. Thank you Dr. David Novotny and all the staffs who helped my cat get through this.

It would be a five star vote if the bill was a little lower. Maybe this 2.5 inches yarn is one of the most expensive//$389.86 wool. I wonder how much it would be if she had insurance?

First time taking my dog to an emergency vet and I have to say the staff was welcoming, respectful, and compassionate. Although it was a stressful day, I was glad I found MedVet for my dog, Shadow. He had been sick for a couple days with diarrhea and had low energy. I am so glad I took Shadow here and it appears that Shadow is slowly starting to feel better.
