I have an old dog that seemed to get ill very quickly so I scheduled the first appointment I could not knowing what to do. They seemed helpful on the phone about getting me in asap. They began with there exam fee $81 and then recommended an ultrasound which I immediately agreed to. Unfortunately the ultra sound was inconclusive although they did see a mass that they were unsure of. At this point they recommended blood work and an x-ray for more conclusive results. Of course it was no problem and we left our dog and they did the testing. The total price was nearly $1000 which they seemed a little pushy about paying before we left the dog. We returned before 5pm to retrieve our dog and discuss the results of the test. They had absolutely no additional information for us. They suggested that the dog be hospitalized for another 2500 at the hospital of their recommendations. They suggested she be monitored and given fluids and antibiotics then be taken to surgery in the morning to basically explore because there was nothing they could do for us and that there ultra sound machine was not good enough to have any answers. Also they would not prescribe antibiotics even they they recommended it because they are not sure the dog needed it. These people have no problem charging you to tell you nothing just to ship you off to the next place that will charge you again. I will pay nearly another $1000 dollars to have a proper ultrasound tomorrow. Complete rip off and taking advantage of people in desperate times. They should have immediately suggested we take her to a proper vet hospital and charged us for the office visit and that's it. They should have never suggested x-rays or blood after discovering the mass in the ultrasound. 0/10 would not recommend.

Friendly staff and good service. Price is kind of up there, but I suppose you get what you pay for, so I'm a happy customer. I would like to add that it is easy to get appointments also.

My fur baby Lucy loved this place. The vet was understanding that shes protective of her owners so unfortunately we have to muzzle our pup but they treat her so well once she submits to them and her human is no longer in sit. They’re very informative and helpful. Prices are not bad for basic services. All in all this is our forever vet!! If Lucy (our dog) approves. So does her humans!! ? woof woof ?

I wish I could give more stars this is the BEST veterinary clinic I have EVER been too. My little girl was thought to of gotten into D-Con rat poison. The outcome looked very grim. I was sobbing. I didn't get paid until the following day and was very tight on funds. I only had the cost of the appointment. They were so understanding and with some help from everyone a coupon was found and we were able to fit everything in for what I had. Today my little baby is as ornery as ever with this happening just yesterday. Thank you to everyone at Mercy Pet hospital you guys are truly angels. This place is not in it for the money they're in it to help our pets .

Where do I start… this is the most unprofessional place imaginable. Took my dog in who severely injured her leg. 1,200 dollars later they sent me to an emergency vet because they were out of splints. At the emergency vet my girl had to be sedated for a second time to put the splint on. The staff at the emergency vet were speechless that Mercy didn’t a simple splint for a 54 pound dog. That is only one experience. The records for my son’s cat were so messed up that they had the cat listed as a girl even though their own examination verified his male status, took months to fix. GROSS INCOMPETENCE.

I had my dog spayed here and after she was spayed She kept having accidents in her sleep where she would pee in her sleep. At first I thought it was because I may have had her spayed too early but I did my research and found out she was just the right age at 8 months old. So I found out what had happened during surgery, who ever performed the surgery accidentally nicked or cut her uterine line, my apologies I don't know the medical term. So now unfortunately my dog will pee in her sleep every night for the rest of her life. At first I thought she would get over it but she is now 3 years old and still has accidents every night. I have washable doggie diapers that I have to put her in for the rest of her life.
