Great selection of products, well maintained store. This particular store has security stationed at the front entrance. Not sure what that is about. A bit more clutter in the aisles then some of the other locations.

Great variety of items. Clean store stocked well 80% of the time.
Like many others not enough cashiers, long lines at times. Most of the time self checkout is ONLY OPTION.

This establishment consistently locks the doors to customers entering the store at least 10 mins prior…to the time listed on the door. That is bad business and does a disservice to your customers. I will no longer shop here due to the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior by manager Melissa who thought it was appropriate to hang up in my face when I called to express my concern. This was not the first time this establishment had locked their doors early. In fact id be willing to bet this is a common practice…I will make certain the BBB knows this had been going on. This is not how you operate a business…Metro Market (Kroger Stores) you need to get it together!

I went to the Pick n Save located at, 12735 W. Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53005 this afternoon, around 12:15p. Lately, Pick n Save has become a popular stop for the 2 for $12, 8 piece/chicken. Over the past month, there has been issues with the deli staff at this location.
You can expect to purchase said chicken between 11:00a-12:00p, 11:30a-12:30p, or, 12:00p-1:00p...depends on who's working that day.
Always an excuse for why they can't simply have food prepared/ready to go, such as, (1)Not enough employees on hand, (2)Had an big order to prepare first, etc., and today's excuse, (3)We only have one fryer.
There is no signage indicating there is a problem, just a few people standing around...talking. So, "how long will it take?", I asked..."40 minutes, do you wanna wait 40 minutes, was the response I received, we're doing the best that we can!" No!, your not.
While I'm standing here speaking to you, and other customers are also waiting, there...is...zero aroma of ANY CHICKEN BEING PREPARED.
There is absoultely no consistency at all, and to some this may seem like a pointless rant about chicken. When customers enter any establishment, they enter with an basic expection of receiving items for purchase.
This Pick n Save location, use to be a solid place to shop, for anything, and for whatever reason, the customer service has seriously gone downhill...why? On to the next Pick N Save location...

Can someone please clean under your freezer bins? They are disgusting and no one likes to buy groceries from a dirty store. When you walk up an isle you can see garbage underneath it's really gross. I shop your store often it's convenient, nice people, but do better

Excellent customer service and patient employees. Today, I was looking to buy some clearance Fall/Thanksgiving items but when I went to checkout, they were still ringing up regular price even though they were in the “Last Chance” aisle.

The woman at self checkout called over a manager in hopes that he’d be able to correct the error. He attempted to help but was unable to figure out why they were ringing up full price so he kindly asked another manager for assistance.

The other manager confirmed that the items were supposed to be marked down and eventually corrected the price to reflect the clearance price.

I really admired the patience and persistence to solve the error from all staff involved. I wish I would have gotten everyone’s names but keep up the good work!

This one employee was really rude at check out when I asked her if there were any bags. She had a huge attitude and they had no bags. The only bags were plastics with no handles ! What? So I looked around for a paper one, and then she didn’t come over to fix my screen, so I had to walk to another self check out, and all she did was stare at me. So uncomfortable. Maybe place a sign at the front of the store? Big inconvenience. It’s fine if I would have known ahead of time and had a good interaction, but not the lady was really rude and had an attitude. Never coming here again.

I went to this location around 6 PM today. They only had 5 self checkout registers open and one manned register open other than the one in the liquor department. I waited in line for about 30 minutes. By the time I got up to the register, my hot food was cold. Several people had melted ice cream by the time they made it up to the register. I watched the cashier on his phone, with customers in front of him, several times. I used to like this location. Recently, though, it's gone downhill.
