I wasn’t able to find someone to watch my 13 month old baby, so I had to bring him along to our first vet visit with our newly adopted 8 month old puppy by myself. To say I was feeling overwhelmed was an understatement! The staff was beyond kind and patient with my situation. I never felt rushed and they never made me feel like I was being an inconvenience to them. They asked multiple times what they could help me with to make it easier for me. The vet even offered to walk my dog to the car for me so I could push my son’s stroller. I am beyond happy I chose Miamitown Pet Hospital to care for my puppy! Everyone was so sweet and friendly with me, my son, and my puppy!

My cat snickers had oral bone cancer.
The staff is very nice as they always are.
Thank you, doctors for doing all you did for snickers. You have cared for him and done everything, possibly that could be done to help him throughout what time he had left, he would had never made it as long as he did without being under your care.
I am so grateful for you guys and really appreciate all you done for snickers.
I know his jawbone cancer was not curable, and I missed a little guy so so much, he was the best. Snuggle, cat, I ever had and I'll never find another one like him.
Thanks again for all you done to give him the quality of life.

They’ll send your spayed dogs home covered in shit and piss and charge you for things without asking you first.

The dogs are not in my name and were spayed there last week. I’m not interested in reaching out because there’s no fixing it - plus the incision is infected and I was going to be charged $200 for a recheck which is insane. I’ll go somewhere better.

Every single one of my pets has been seen at miamitown pet hospital! They are wonderful, attentive, and professional! They always make sure my pets are happy and healthy! I wouldn't dream of taking my fur babies anywhere else!

Great people and a great place. All the Doctors and staff know their stuff and really watch out for your pets! Could not be happier with them. Been going there about 8 years now.

I had to put my dog Hazard down today, and Rachel was our tech. She was extremely compassionate, and caring for my family and my dog. She explained the whole process beforehand, and allowed us as much time as we needed. She made the experience bearable for us, and I appreciate that. Thank you Rachel!

This is a great vet hospital.
Yes they are good at what they do. That's why they are very busy.
Reading some bad reviews just saddens me.
The staff is very nice. They to are busy doing their job. Everyone there do a great job . I too had to pay extra for my pet to be seen as exigency, I was ok with that. My cat need to be seen and if I had to take him to a e.r. hospital would had cost hundreds $$. I was more than happy to pay mph their fee to squeeze my pet in.
Mph is so busy cause their good.
If anyone wants to know a bad pet vet is Noah ark in Fort Wright.
That's why I switch to mph and so glad I did.
Dr Rosing is who seen my pets so far and he is great.

This place is truly a blessing. I recently took my cat there on multiple occasions due to his recent diagnosis of kidney failure. They gave me all the necessary tools to treat him at home and prepare him for his last few weeks of life. I called them constantly with questions all of which were answer politely and with respect. Dr. Hobbie called me even a few times to follow up on my concerns. On that dreaded day no one EVER wants to go through. We had to make a difficult choice to put our sweet 3.5 year old cat to sleep. They allowed me to pick the latest appointment so I could cry my heart out. The tech was very sweet handed me tissues and explained the process. They can provide a burial box for you if needed. The process was quick, yet felt like forever. Once everything was complete another tech came in and asked us if we wanted to pay from our client room so we could just walk straight out. I thought this was a great feature because I was a full on puddle. It has been less than week since we put out fur baby to sleep and yesterday I received a sympathy card from the vets office. I thought that was very sweet and much needed. I wanted to thank the staff for everything they did and for their support through the entire process.

Cisco thanks your for your love of animals and your kind, and gentle service. We will greatly miss him but know he's in a better place.
