I love Middletown Vet and The Pet and Resort Spa. They are always one text or email away. Jerami's needs are always met. The staff are nice. They make this 1st time dog mama comfortable when Google makes me think the worse. They are highly recommended.

This hospital is great , they have everything but not every Dr is good so make sure you find a right person ,

We always had good experience except once when the Dr asked for x-ray without even checking my pup and after c-ray she said she’s not sure the issues so if we are ok she’s recommended open surgery to discover the issue.

I felt it’s not right so I came back and went again and asked for different Dr and yes my experience was as good as before meeting this one bad Dr who doesn’t know what she’s doing so just don’t go blindly with what Dr says, always go for second opinion if you feel it’s not right

I just wanted to express my gratitude to this company! My dog Beau had to take a visit today for a regular check up and some shots. He is not familiar with other dogs other than his sister and he got very “excited” during this time. The staff and even the CUSTOMERS were very understanding and patient with him and I couldn’t be more grateful. There is wonderful people who work here who went out of their way to meet me and my dog’s needs to make US and the other customers feel the most comfortable. I appreciate them and everyone in that building today. Thank you so much!!

These folks are a miracle. I initially found them because they were one of the few vets I could find that would accept the "fixed and fab" coupon. I had a vet, but they didn't take it. Last summer, our newest addition to the family, Butters, got sick. Long story short, after surgery and spending $1000's of dollars with the old vet, we woke up one day to find our baby in awful shape. We knew he just wasn't going to be able to beat this. (He fought as hard as possible until that day.) I called my usual vet, at ONE PM, not late notice at all, if they could please schedule us for his euthanization... "Nope, sorry."

They couldn't even squeeze us in at all that day. But not Middletown vet hospital! They were the first place I knew to call next and they saved the day. Told me to come down when I was ready. They even told me it looks like his liver shut down which was a huge clue in and of itself. Something my old vet never shared. I wish we knew sooner.

That's okay. Butters now sits on the shelf in a beautiful wood case with his name in gold as a reminder to me that it's okay to question when I think people aren't doing the best they could do in the position they hold. It's okay to say "I don't think this is good enough for my family." Because when I saw the main vet doctor was someone new, I had a bad feeling but stayed anyway.

Since then, I've brought two more boy cats here to be taken care of that we rescued from the street and from a re-homing, and we're now a 3 cat household. Middletown vet takes care of all 3 of them!

Everyone I've talked to here is super friendly and helpful. They answer any and all questions, they have a number you can call or text at any hour with emergency questions or issues. This came in VERY much handy when I brought the last boy in there, Cookie Wookie. Wookie boy had a Neutering but came home and hid under a very tight dresser. He made his wound pop open and bleed all over by night time. I text them the pic and they said bring him right in. They quickly understood how the issue happened, and how we could prevent it from happening again by keeping him there for 2 nights until he had a nice thick blood clot to heal. It's been a couple weeks now, and he looks great! Thank you guys SO much! We were honestly so worried that it might turn into something more serious like what happened with Butters, so thank you so much for going above and beyond!! ?

I can't say enough nice things about this establishment. Idk what you guys are doing differently than other vet offices, but keep it up! I will continue to bring my furry family members here.

Had an emergency with my cat Bailey. He had gone to an Urgent Care on 7/3 and they only thought he had gastrointestinal problems. He got worse and even though they were booked up, they fit me in. My poor boy Bailey was in distress breathing and not eating. They did X-rays and found he had an enlarged heart and a massive amount of fluid around it. His body was shutting down. I was in shock, he was fine and playful self on 7/2 and just turned 6 in May. After discussing the prognosis, I had to make the selfless decision to let him go. The vet and vet tech were so compassionate and really helped me through this difficult situation. I truly appreciate the kindness, the patience, and the peaceful sending of Bailey over the Rainbow Bridge

I was going out of town and called Middletown Vet in a pinch. I remember using them years ago when i was breeding dogs. They have always been great!! Now they have a lot of upgrades. The broading process was very easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They took great care of my dog. I will consider using them again.
