My husband and I have been going to this vet for well over a year and have to say this is the BEST vet. They are friendly and are always great at making our visits a good experience for our dog and cat. We have a nervous dog who dislikes vet visits and they take the time to make her comfortable and calm. Dr. O’Hara is simply remarkable at what she does. We also love Genesis who is truly an animal lover. I feel very assured she’ll take amazing care of our pets. This vet is highly recommended by myself and husband. Thank you so much for everything you do.

Unprofessional!!!! I bring my dog for the yearly check up. The whole experience wasn’t great. Doctor Parvizi isn’t friendly, he was so rushing and spoke super fast. “Is there any other questions?” was the most sentences he said during the whole visit. I don’t know why is he so rushing, aren’t we paid for his time?! He was trying to selling a lot of unnecessary vaccine and seemed unhappy when we declined them.
Two stars are mostly given to assistant Trask, he is very friendly, and very patience. Just please double check if our pet is done with every vaccine and test before handing my pet back to me.
Receptionist charged me the whole bill with duplicate deposit if I don’t mentioned I paid $50 deposit when I was making the appointment online.

I've had my ups and downs here. But so far they have been super helpful and lovely! Thank you Danielle! Always cheerful and knows her ways!
I can say, I have two dogs, a male Dr. looked at my husky w/ more attention/thoughtfully than my mixed husky.. I was pretty upset about that. All dogs should be looked at evenly and probably more if mixed.. this is still a great vet. I will speak up in person, if I do not feel up too par being serviced here. Again, Thank You all employees, super lovely !

Midtown Veterinary Clinic is a cosy little neighborhood practice in Midtown Palo Alto. The staff are efficient and warm, especially a nurse named Genesis. The veterinarian is very knowledgable and attentive. I had a very satisfactory visit there with my dog.

Dr. Arman is very caring of the animals, and always spends the time to explain the situation and options patiently. The nurses and technicians are super helpful and professional. Everyone was friendly and patient with my questions. I especially appreciated Dr. Martonovich's recommendation that I switch from liquid Clavamox (from SAGE Redwood City) to chewable tablets which I could give him in his food. Much easier & more reliable. The veterinarian and staff have kept in close touch because Prince is having some problems with the healing process. They are committed to his welfare (and mine), and I want to make it clear that they are taking excellent care of an older dog with some serious dental problems. I am 100% satisfied.

The Doctors and everyone of the staff has been extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful throughout the times that I have been needing assistance for care for my kitty Meow and I will continue to have the needs for the care of my 10 year old kitty for all of his needs there.
