Wonderful veterinarian team! All the drs and staff are caring! Would not take our fur baby any where else. She loves everyone there, they treat her so special, every time we have been there we see them treat all their patients that way

Mokena Animal Clinic is like a second family to me and my dogs. I have been going there for almost twenty years and they always have taken exceptional care if us. Dr. Fazio & Dr. Ball are my favorites but all the Doctors there are wonderful. The staff is awesome and go above and beyond. Through the years they have all been there for me to lean on when I've lost a fur baby. I cannot say enough about them.

I needed an urgent visit for my sick elderly guinea pig and Mokena Animal Clinic was so accommodating! I got lucky with a same day appointment, and the front desk is very organized, efficient and friendly. Dr. Salbego was amazing, I felt so comfortable with her. I appreciated her knowledge and concern for my small pet.

My animals received quality care here. I am giving a one star because of interactions with office staff and management. I had an appointment for my rabbit to get spade and I arrived early and waited in parking lot. After waiting a bit I called and they said my surgery was canceled. I had no notice for this and it was a lot of effort to make it there in the first place with my schedule. Several months later I came with another animal for a routine visit and I was running late due to a family emergency. I called to inform them ahead of time and even though I would have been less than 10 minutes late they canceled my appointment and still charged me full price for the visit. I asked to speak to the manager and I was polite but firm with my point. I called later on to reschedule the appointment and no one called me back. Finally got someone and they told me I was tagged as “no service” which means I’m banned as a client. I understand about the cancel/charge fee but I fet the banning was extreme. I’ve never had any issues with any other doctor/vet offices and always pay my bills and I was cordial in my interactions. Not sure what I did to make them so angry but it was a strange and rattling experience.

We are at the vet all the time (we have four dogs) and every time we go we have such an amazing experience. The receptionists at the front desk are so helpful and accommodating. Every doctor we have seen there is knowledgeable and friendly. We have been going to see Dr. Dan Ball, and he is just awesome. He takes so much time to help us and answer all of our questions. All of the doctors really seem to care about the wellbeing of our dogs. The vet techs are also so kind and make everything a positive experience. I always feel confident walking out of there. Love this place!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Mokena Animal Clinic!! They are the absolute BEST.
I had been with my previous vet for over 20 years. There was an issue that left us with our sweet dog in the middle of cancer treatment and we didn’t know where to go. We saw Dr. B. at Mokena Animal Clinic and he helped our girl with no hassles even though her treatment started at another clinic. It was a blessing that we had to find another vet and went to Mokena Animal Clinic. They are so efficient, can fit you in when there is an emergency and you are not in their office for hours. All the staff are helpful and caring.

The staff is GREAT! Reasonable prices. The Vet was so kind and considerate. Oreo (our bunny) was is the BEST hands! Highly recommend!!

We just adopted a puppy and made our first appointment to get him all checked out. Dr B and the staff were all so nice and welcoming. They genuinely were happy to see our new puppy.
The facility was clean and not filled with people/dogs in the waiting room. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Overall it was a great experience!!
