I’ve had two dogs fixed here. I don’t normally take them to the vet since they’re healthy, but they made it easy, affordable and they LOVE their animals. Both dogs appeared to be well cared for and the surgeries went smooth. Highly recommend their high quality services.

We were only in town for a week and I needed my dogs nails trimmed, they got me in and were such a pleasure. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back here when we are in town again. A friendly staff makes all the difference in the world.

I just tried to make an appointment for my dog for the first time there, and the woman who answered was super antagonistic, condescending and rude. She seemed angry about having to make an appointment for a new patient. When I tried asking about the specific availability that they had, she became even more irate and argumentative. I was hoping to find a vet here in Camp Verde, but it looks like I'll have to go elsewhere.

Response: Dr. Holcomb, I was nothing but polite and respectful to your receptionist. However, even if I was equally as antagonistic, condescending, rude, angry, irate and argumentative, treating a potential customer that way is not acceptable. As for me, I'm happy with the way things turned out. It's worth the 20 minute drive to Cornville to go to an office where my dog and I are treated with the same kindness and respect with which I treat my own customers.

My wife fosters a puppy. That's where they get them treated. The ladies up front were very nice and helpful. Even though they were busy. We were there for his first set of shots and were in and out in less that 10 minutes.

Highly recommend Montezuma Vet Services and their staff especially Dr. Crystal. She was professional, knowledgeable and kind with our dog Moab who needed surgery on his back leg. She scheduled him in quickly as we heading back to Canada even tho she was heading out on holidays. Heather, office manager filled our prescription for allergy medicine with a quick call. Prices were reasonable and amazing care all around! Thank you so much!

The doctor was extremely rude, insulting and yelling threats as I walk out the door. Refused to look at my dog because my dog had puppies. Called me "A BACK YARD BREEDER" and threatened to call the cops if I was to return. Bad customer service and lack of professionalism.
