Extremely happy with the vet, assistant and office staff. Very friendly and helpful. Wish we had found them a long time ago, but now they're our favorite and I highly recommend.

I called in stating that my cat had a sore on his neck and that I thought it was a bite from our other indoor cat. The man I spoke to was extremely understanding and thorough. He explained in full detail of what’s expected, and worse case scenario etc. He even asked if I could send him a photo to their email so they could get an idea of a treatment plan beforehand. It was a night and day difference compared to the vet I called prior as they told me I couldn’t bring my cat in for 3-4 weeks. I absolutely would recommend Montgomery Village Vet Clinic for all your pet concerns.

Dr. Ross and staff are the warmest, most compassionate folks around. Always easy to make an appt, and atmosphere of the office is animal friendly. We absolutely love this place for our furry friend ❤️

Love this vet. Highly recommend. My grandma had been going to Dr. Ross for over 30 years with all her pups. Once we moved up here, she recommended and have nothing but good experiences.

The staff are very professional and kind, checked us in quickly ?
Informed us it would be a few minutes before Cookie would be seen.
We were a little early but it worked out fine she got her shot and we're on our way...
Very large parking lot which is nice.
They're always busy.
They're closed on the weekends--Monday through Friday is when they see their animals patience.
We have brought our dog here --going on three years now.

I adopted my first dog this past year and the staff at this office are always so kind and patient as I learn how to become a responsible dog owner. They are quick to reply to my emails whenever I have questions and I like that I can order medicine from them online whenever my dog needs it. I'm glad I found Dr. Ross and his office and I know they take great care of my dog, Chivo.
