I wouldn't waste your time. I inquired for in home euthanasia for my senior sick dog. She takes 24-48hrs (or longer) to even respond to your message each time. Who could know what exact day or time your pet will die. My dog hung on for almost a whole month from that 1st initial call to her. I was in regular contact with her through out. Always under the assumption we could just call when we needed her. The one week we knew it was coming, again, calls, texts, constant contact IN ADVANCE. They said they were booked that week through Friday (fair enough)... but the day that we knew it was the time, was that Friday and looking for days through up till Mon. Then she comes back and said she's booked through Thu!! Here call someone else that costs $500 more. But thanks for letting me know the past month about your dog even though you said and led you to believe that we would be the IN HOME service you needed. It's kind of crazy when I think about it. Sad too. Like thanks for absolutely nothing!!! Wasting my time!! And surely my dogs moment to leave this earth was NOT WHAT WE PLANNED because we had planned it with this lady. Blows my mind. Don't waste your time.
*in regards to their response... the lady led me to believe for a month she WAS able to assist us... "when that time came". Never needed an "emergency" never had a canceled appt. I was expecting an in home and overly stated this because my dog gets severe car sickness and at the vet.... we spoke extensively and text for a month!!!! I was very thorough with keeping in touch. VERY!!! There were no misunderstandings. At the end of the day. It was pretty messed up.
Again don't waste your time!!!!!

I'm so happy to have reached out to Dr. Moon for services for my fur baby! She is very knowledgeable, explains everything in a thorough manner, and she is so gentle and compassionate with animals. I wish I could give her 10 stars!!!!

Dr. Moon and her services are fantastic. She brings a vet tech with her who is good at his job and pays attention. They clean up after themselves and make sure the process is thorough without being stressful. They brought MANY treats which my dog loved. It was the same cost it would be going in the office. My dog has anxiety and is old. They treated her well and were very professional and compassionate. Dr. Moon gave great advice and treatment options. I am so glad to establish care with her. I highly recommend!

I can't say we had a glowing experience with Dr. Moon. To be fair, I will first start with what we did like: Dr. Moon was very prepared. She knew our dog's history and case well when she arrived; this was impressive. She had a tech with her; this was very helpful. The negatives are the following: First, the test she ran took over a month to come back. The test itself took a while, irregardless of the lab, but studying the actual lab report, there were quite a few avoidable delays (shipping the samples, writing the report after the results were known). Dr. Moon did not seem to have a way to expedite tests, and she didn't seem too concerned about a month's delay. Specifically, she did not state that she was not a good choice to run this test because of the severity of the case and the potential long delay for results. It turned out that a month delay in treatment for skin infections was crucial. Maybe the lesson here is that mobile vets or small vets are not the best for severe cases. However, it wasn't clear to us until we moved on to another vet how severe the case was. Second, Dr. Moon was not communicative. She did not timely respond to messages. Third, she seemed out of touch with the severity of our dog's condition. Fourth, she left 2 acunpuncture needles on our floor, so she was not counting or accurately counting. We brought a lot of these complaints directly to Dr. Moon, and she did become more responsive and apologize for the acunpuncture needles being left behind. Thus, while we were disappointed in her care, she did make an effort when we brought our complaints directly to her.

My last mobile vet had retired so I was in need of a new one.
She called me with a plan that worked.
I thank her for that.

I am new to this area and did not have a vet when one of my senior dogs was suffering too much. Dr. Alicia Moon and her assistant, Layne, came to the house and gave him a full exam and talked to us about all of our options. In the end, we decided putting Lenny down was the right thing for him. They were kind and patient and respectful. They helped us go through an extremely difficult time with grace. She also examined my cat and vaccinated him. Her prices were much more reasonable than any of the other mobile vets that I contacted and their service was superb.

Dr. Moon is a truly godsend! I can’t thank her enough for giving us a hope with our seriously ill dog with IVDD. The combination of right meds, acupuncture and laser therapy helped our little dachshund tremendously and we were able to avoid surgery! After 2 months he’s a happy little goofball again!

We have a senior kitty and have found home vet visits to be very worth getting an accurate assessment of his health, as he's far more comfortable in his domain! We're new to the area and are very glad to have found Dr. Moon and her team. She and her assistant were professional, thorough, truly cared for Pumpkin's various needs, and were able to keep him calm and comfortable through many necessary pokes.
