Mr. Pool opened my Pool on June 6, 2024. Following their services I noticed damage to my landscaping. While opening my pool, some of the filter tubing was tossed over my fence which ended up breaking a plant on the opposite side of the fence. I attempted to call the Mr. Pool manalapan phone number. After speaking with Diane at Mr. Pool, she referred me to speak with Lou who is the service manager at Pool and Spa. After emailing photos and explaining what happened and the damage to our landscaping, they offered no assistance. After speaking with Lou they assumed no responsibility and accountability for the damage and offered no assistance to fix the damage they caused. Included is a picture of the damage to the plant. This plant typically has a flowering brach which normally stands upright. As you can see in the photo it is lying on the ground.

Hired Mr Pool to replace the caulk around the pool. They had the best price and did a great job. Went slow and were very meticulous, exactly what you want to see for this type of job. Left my pool clean and looking great. Overnight, a few small spots dried too shallow and were not quite right, so I reached out. Within a very short time, they returned and touched up all the spots to ensure everything was done correctly. I have no hesitation at all recommending this company, it was a pleasure to work with them.

I live in freehold and travel to Manalapan to this store. They are fantastic people. That’s everyone’s problem. They are people and not some money hungry salesmen. Very hardworking and knowledgeable in what they do. You can’t be in business as long as they have in a town like Manalapan and survive all these years. Highly recommend

Came into Mr. Pool to address a pool stain. Brought water sample, brought photos, and we were sold some chemicals. Tried the chemicals, they didn't work. They wanted to sell me more chemicals but I wanted to be sure we bought the right ones this time around. I stopped in to see if someone would come out to have a look before I buy and dump more chemicals into the pool without the problem being properly diagnosed. I was asked for photos again (already went through that). They took my info and called me back. They said its $95 just to come out (I'm literally 2 blocks away) and then we'll go from there. I'd be ok paying for actual service to cure this issue, but this company wants money just to visit, before making a diagnosis. Then they'll add on the cost of more chemicals and time afterwards. This after I already purchased chemicals they recommended that didn't work the first time. Done with Mr. Pool. On to the next crappy local pool company.

I have to say mr pool is fantastic. The best service. Always go above and beyond to help solve a problem that they feel you can fix yourself so you don’t have to spend extra money. Everyone is so nice and they make you feel like you are there only customer.

Small store but I like it I don't have to go into a mega mall to get a patch. Or wait 3 days from Amazon

Rude and unprofessional and disrespectful! Diane is nasty all the time!!! I just called to get services and I heard her screaming in the background at me over the phone. Never again will I do business with her pool company. The workers are nice. She’s a nasty person nasty!
