Absolutely amazing place and people! My best friend jumped out my truck window after seeing something on the side of the road. I went to Mt. Yonah because it was very close and they brought us right in and made him feel better right away. The doctors and nurses were extremely nice and helped me with everything. He ended up needing an amputation and they kept him all night for me and did it PERFECTLY first thing the next morning. They did extraordinary work and for a lot less than most places would have. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

Dr Douglas, Tiffany, Raven, and the entire staff are wonderful! Our dogs have received excellent care and we were treated with so much kindness and compassion when we had to say goodbye to our senior dog. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Dr. Douglass and the staff at Mt. Yonah Animal Hospital are. They took us in very late one afternoon as a new patient and took care of Gus our dachshund until there was nothing else we could do. Dr. Douglass kept in touch with us all during his illness and we will be forever grateful to all of them. I am so thankful there are wonderful vets and staff that care as much about your animals as you do.

Last Saturday we brought our Lucy dog in. She had a bad night and it was a terrible morning. All of the folks at Mt. Yonah Animal Hospital treated us with genuine compassion and care. Lucy was not a regular patient but they took care of her as if she had been one of their own from the start. The entire staff worked with us to help Lucy, unfortunately she did not rebound like we all hoped and we had to make the difficult decision this past Thursday concerning her quality of life. Walking through this was so hard but EVERYONE there showed us love, cried with us and took care of our Lucy dog with love and compassion in her final moments. In a world where service and genuine care for others has left the building, it is alive and well at Mt Yonah! Thank you all and God bless you! I recommend these folks to anyone and everyone!

I absolutely love everyone at Mt. Yonah Animal Hospital! I adopted a rescue 5 weeks ago, and Paris showed lots of anxiety. Dr. Douglass did an acupuncture session about a week and a half ago. Paris is definitely less anxious, but still needs more improvement. Today was her second session, and I love how relaxed she was.
