I would also recommend pre planning with them so when the time comes and your emotions are high you don't need to think about logistics . Dawn is so kind and helpful and thier vet Dr.King went above and beyond . She was incredibly flexible with timing and communicated so much more than she had to and showed how much she cared , it was exactly what I needed . When the time comes it's nice to know they've got you covered and will make this incredibly tough time easier with compassion and care for both you and your fur baby . After 19 years together , having smooth passing was appreciated, Thank you ❤️

We were devastated when our 11 year old baby girl was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma.
I originally had always planned to have an in-home euthanasia (which Natures Way does offer but unfortunately we are on the Ohio side of the Indiana/Ohio border) but nobody was licensed near us.
That’s when I found Natures Way and saw their memorial room where we could privately say goodbye to our dog. The vet was so kind and made sure we knew everything was at our pace and she was there strictly for our dog. The owner was so sweet and pleasant to my husband as he made the arrangements for her cremation.

The entire experience that is usually cold and harsh was very pleasant and comfortable. It made saying goodbye a very gentle experience and we will be returning with all of our pets in the future when the time comes.

Dawn was highly caring and helpful when we had to put our dog down. She and her team give 110% to their work and try to adjust to work schedules and needs. They are very informative with what they offer and have many options when it comes to products. They have very nice boxes and memorabilia for your pet and we were not disappointed at all! This is a very caring, transparent, and clean facility compared to others in this area.

Dawn and her team want to make a difference in pet aftercare, and it shows. Thank you for making everything perfect so that Max will be remembered for many years to come.

We were bereft when our sweet dog died right after Christmas. Our vet recommended someone else for cremation, but Natures Way had better reviews. I called both places and was really impressed with Dawn. We did not do all the “bells and whistles”, so it was a little cheaper than the posted prices. Our daughter had a really hard time and Dawn was so caring and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye.

Other places I looked at online had horror stories of not getting their pet back and that would never happen here. Our paperwork and pet were labeled with a barcode, so they can keep track of everything.

One of worst days of my life was when I lost my friend Layla. She was more to me than just a pet, she was family! Her entire life she made owning her the easiest it could be! No owner ever had a better pet! The morning she passed away I was devastated and Nature's Way helped me get through it. No way could I have dealt with her body without their help. I have two remaining dogs and there won't be a google search next time, I will be calling them.
