It's difficult trying to make an emergency appointment for animals when phone isn't picked up or online updates on way of contact. Posting photos to update others.

They don't pick up phone calls for pet emergencies. Called twice and got ignored. Poor business management.

Their rates are great. The variety of services they offer is really good. Everyone is nice - and yes you still need to mask up and have an appointment or call in but I am grateful for the resource. Got my animals fixed at a recent spay and neuter clinic and honestly they went above and beyond.

Good place to take pets especially for low cost spay/neuter for dogs and cats. You gotta call to make an appointment. The phone listed on Google is the right phone number to call. They also do vaccinations and provide flea/tick, heartworm treatment.

This place you have to call FIRST to go in. There are PHONE NUMBERS posted outside the building. A person will come out but they won't let you in. They will tell to call the person you want to visit. Then I think they let you in. MASK IS REQUIRED?. Everything on the Navajo nation is still complicated still. Even though we had the fairs and THE PRESIDENT CANDIDATES weren't wearing MASK at the parades. Most people don't even wear mask anymore. I'm pretty sure these don't wear mask outside of their work.

A spay/Nueter clinic was held at this vet clinic and they had poor organization. I am not sure the actual cause of the issues, but im sure the capacity of people there, and surgeries happening, lack of staff and space were all probably contributing factors. Staff was polite and respectful. I felt like my dog was handled well by the staff. She's recovering well, and the service check out for her was complete and written which helps when your at home after and can't remember. I am not sure what this clinic operates like on normal days/services. This is specifically how the spay and nueter clinic experience was.
