Being new to the area a priority was finding a vet. After much research I tried New Hope and I'm glad I did. "June Cat"was elderly in declining health and I requested euthanasia. The staff was very accommodating, compassionate, sympathetic words can't describe their kindness.

I've been going there for years, I love them. I've tried going other places that were closer to me, but none of them measure up. New Hope is great, they're reliable, honest, won't charge you to do things that won't help your pet, they care about the pets and the owners. They have someone on call 24/7 so you can get help when you need it (some hospitals in Rockford don't have on call, that doesn't even make sense to me). On top of bring the best around, they're also affordable. Well worth the little drive, I'll never go anywhere else.

Haven't even had the chance to come in yet but that receptionist is a piece of work. Absolutely rude as hell for no apparent reason. I really REALLY hope that when I go in, the vets and everyone else are significantly nicer. Im so sick of garbage vet clinics treating people and their animals like human waste. People like that have no room to be in customer service.

We have been using New Hope for around 8 years. We have always had great service from the vet staff and prices are reasonable. It’s convenient for us in terms of location.

HOWEVER, the woman at the front desk has been awful almost every time I have called or came in. It has been the worst part of coming in and I truly dread making an appointment because I am always belittled and been made to feel stupid. It has happened too many times and I am ready to find another vet. One that makes me and my pets feel valued.

Super nice people. Great care was given to our big baby cat Berta. Going back soon for our other big baby cat Missy and will get the same treatment I am more than sure. Five stars ain't enough! Thank you, Thank you!

Absolutely rude when I just had one simple question. I’m surprised shes still employed seeing she has been rude for YEARS now. Majority of the bad reviews are about the SAME receptionist.

The Dr’s and their staff are very honest and straightforward with you in any time of need with your pet. They are well worth the drive.
