I absolutely loved the attention and care this entire team provided me and my new puppy. the staff is not only extremely knowledgeable but they immediately treated us as if we were apart of their family. The office and examination rooms are spotless. The staff is friendly and efficient. They are always responsive and Dr Monterey is very caring and thorough. I have tried other veterinarians in the area but was not satisfied. I bring both of my cats and am confident on the care they receive at New Life

They took very good care of my very sick (and spicy!) kitty for continued monitoring after a visit to the ER. They also treated me and my family with so much kindness, empathy, and respect following the loss of my other kitty around the same time. New Life truly has the best in the business in Lakeland! Georgia is doing amazing now and we get to spend many more years with her thanks to their dedication to compassion ❤️

Highly recommend this vet practice. They have been caring for our pets for over six years. Cannot say enough good things about the doctors! Front office staff and vet techs also excellent. Shout out to Emily, who has fantastic customer service skills.Give her a promotion! One suggestion: make sure that the Spanish speaking staff can speak and understand English before allowing customer contact. I’ve had some frustrating experiences trying to communicate. It is probably frustrating for them also. Other than that, all good 🙂
