Absolutely world-class service from New York iPhone Repair.

After my phone started boot-looping unprompted, I had visited the official Apple Genius Bar - I was told that my only option would be to replace my phone and lose all the data on it that wasn’t backed up. I then visited four different repair places all recommended by the employees at the Genius Bar or other experienced Apple repair techs at my organisation, only to be told that my phone was unfixable and any data not in the cloud was pretty much lost.

The guys at New York iPhone Repair not only accurately pinpointed and fixed the issue (a short-circuit on the phone’s logic board plus a faulty battery cable), but did it within a DAY of identifying what had gone wrong, and at a great discounted price. It was amazing to see this - the other places I went to either told me they couldn’t fix anything after holding onto my phone for 10+ days despite promising a turnaround time of a day or two, or flat-out refused to repair my device.

I really appreciated how Joe walked me through each component of the payment process, and patiently answered any questions I had during and after the repair.
