I wouldn't have given any stars but your not able to post with out one.
I have used Deb Cohen for years, I had heard that she was sick in and out of the hospital. Question is.. why is she still taking OFA X-rays and not submitting them? my appt was June 22,24 . it's been 5 months. I am still waiting on them to be submitted! she has now screwed with my breading program! my girls are due in, in the next month! we need to stop her insanity! I call about every two weeks no reply.

I had a terrible experience with Deborah Cohen. She took X-rays for OFA tests and never submitted them to OFA. OFA told me that no tests were sent in the last 3 weeks so I suspect there are lots of other angry and frustrated customers. I had left her 3 messages with her staff and nobody ever called me back. I am going to report Deborah to California Veterinary Medical Board and recover payment with my credit card company. I hope Deborah will lose her license and stop frauding her customers.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Newport Beach Veterinary. Despite numerous promises, I still haven't received the OFA submission I requested back in November 2023. Whenever I tried to reach them, they conveniently had an "emergency" even at 8:00 am, making communication nearly impossible. The staff's lack of professionalism was apparent; they were friendly while taking payment but treated me dismissively afterward. Debra, who was supposed to handle my queries, never returned my calls, leaving me frustrated with unanswered questions.

To make matters worse, they overcharged my credit card and ignored my bank's attempts to rectify the situation. This blatant disregard for customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Newport Beach Veterinary; their negligence and poor service are simply not worth the hassle. For the sake of your pet's care and your own peace of mind, find another veterinary clinic that values its customers and their pets. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and wary of ever returning.

Add me to the list of people waiting for their OFA test to be transmitted. It has been over 2 months and still waiting.
It took 5 months for an appointment, 3 hours to sit in front then to be told they have an emergency and cannot see you. I understand the emergency but to be reschedule on another day and promised and told to wait again for more than 2 hours even with the promise come in at 8am so we can X ray him before the patients start coming in. Yes, everyone was nice while you are waiting. But to still be waiting for the transmission of your OFA test for more than 2 months with no knowledge of when it will be transmitted is simply unacceptable. I waited, I paid and still waiting.
Just wonder how many inches of message paper is on Debra's desk waiting for her to call us back.

I have used this place 3 times, but the last 2 times it been the same issue. The x-rays are not being sent it to OFA and SV as promised. it's been 2.5 months and x-rays are still not submitted. I called 2 weeks ago to ask why, and still no one has called me back, had to call again today and still no reason as to why.

We have been coming here for decades to OFA all of our Rottweilers. We have sent ALL of our local puppy buyers here for decades to OFA their dogs. DO NOT go there unless you want to never get your results. We did xrays on 9/2, I finally talked to Debbie the end of December and she said they were being sent out. Now a month later I spoke with OFA and they have not received the xrays. Called the vet AGAIN and they said they will relay the message.

This is absolutely unacceptable. We have always used Debbie because she is so good and gentle with the dogs. But to go 5 months without results is unbelievable. I have no words for how frustrating and disappointing this is.
