I cannot say enough good things about this location. My dog has been treated like a king in his old age, provided all the state of the art care that has allowed him to enjoy life as things for harder for him. Boarding, the best medicine, the best vets, we've been provided everything. I cannot thank this location enough. Beautiful layout and a wonderful place for my pets to stay.

I brought my dog here a few times and the people seemed super friendly but I did notice it was more expensive than most places but for the convenience I kept bringing my dog here until my dog got injured and the vet recommended immediate surgery. The vet was being extremely pushy and saying how he knew exactly what was wrong with my dog and that he needed surgery right away. What seemed odd is that the vet NEVER even touched or looked at my dog from closeup. He pretended like he knew exactly what was wrong and wanted to put my dog under to start surgery. My dog was just a puppy at the time and he was walking with more weight on one leg than the other.

After the vet recommended surgery, he left and immediately his assistant came in the room and wanted to me to sign a document agreeing to pay a few thousand dollars for the surgery. I was concerned that it was an excuse to make a quick buck out of me and it would actually hurt my dog since no one actually checked him closely to see what was wrong. I went with my gut and left this place.
The next day, I took my puppy to another vet that specializes in dog hips and legs. They said absolutely NOTHING was wrong with my puppy and that he definitely DID NOT need surgery. They couldn't even believe this vet was suggesting surgery. They said that was absurd.

The other vet diagnosed my puppy and gave my puppy pain medication that lasted 10 days since my puppy was putting more weight on one leg than the other. The other vet said it is usual to see that and the pain medication would allow the puppy to not have pain for a few days and thus start walking normally again. WALA! It worked! My puppy is super healthy and happy.

Thank God I went with my gut and did not allow this vet to put my puppy under anestesia and perform surgery that was not needed.

Wonderful grooming experience .My Himalayan kitty needed to be groomed as his long hair is difficult to maintain. They did an amazing job with my baby. He was bathed, brushed ,nails clipped , belly shaved, hygiene trim etc . I try my best to maintain but it can get out of control very quickly and I needed professional help. I did a lot of research and decided to make an appointment. The experience was seamless start to finish. The staff is very friendly and I appreciate the email and text reminders about my appointment. The results far exceeded my expectations he looked fantastic and although it was a long day for him he seemed happier and more comfortable after being groomed . I will be taking him in every 3 weeks to maintain this happiness. I could not have been more impressed and pleased with our grooming experience.

I've brought my 100 lb German Shepherd here several times and Dr. Rizk and his staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure my dog is well taken care of and that I am comforted and well assured he is in good hands. Every time I pick up my boy he's got nothing but a big ole smile on his face! Highly highly highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable rates for dog/cat grooming. With COVID-19 protocol, the front staff continues to be exceptional in helping and communicating to the pet owner. However you don’t get to interact with the veterinarian and I was very upset when we took our cat for a joint issue, found out she had hyperthyroid condition, gave her the prescription and tried to communicate through the staff her health was deteriorating and wanted to stop the medicine. Doctor disagreed and she passed away a day before her appointment. The doctor was very inflexible an not considering the owners concern.

Dr. Anthony Rizk and his staff at NCAH are super friendly and professional. I called to make an appointment for a check up and grooming for my two, poofy Pomeranians, and they were able to take both dogs in on short notice. My pups both received excellent service and a cute summer cut! The last groomer I took my dogs to traumatized them, but today they came back happy and carefree! NCAH is also quite affordable, and they take all Covid-19 safety measures into consideration. They even come straight to you, and you don't even have to leave your car! Talk about excellent service!

I entrusted this facility to care for my dog for 4 days and 3 nights earlier this month. From the moment I picked her up, she was urinating blood (and urinating every single hour which is clearly unusual). I called them but they were closed so I left a VM. I had to take her to the pet ER and $700 later it was determined that she had both a UTI and a staph infection. I never got a call back from the VM I left.

When I called them to let them know what had happened they claimed absolutely nothing was wrong with her when she was there. They agreed to refund me but not to help cover the $700 emergency bill resulting from their negligent care. Anyone with a legal background will tell you that their admission of guilt lies on their willingness to immediately refund me for my dog's stay - even if they outright do not admit any fault/guilt explicitly, this alone is an admission of fault.

I only take my dog to pet boarding places with a vet onsite to ensure that any health issues are addressed on the spot. My usual boarding spot didn't have availability the week I had to travel, but I won't be taking that chance again. I warn you not to board your pet here due to the negligence they clearly have in regards to your pet’s well-being.

I question the kenneling methods managed by this facility. My dog 10 (year old lab) from the moment she was picked up this morning has not been the same physically or emotionally; she is non engaging, not sure if that’s normal. I’ve never once in 10 years wolf down her food like it’s her last meal - she won’t eat Almost like she was drugged or deprived. We’ve had her back 12 hours and she is a different dog. We are considering taking her to the vet tomorrow am. Proceed with caution for extended stays here. (She was there 3 nights) never again in any kennel that’s for sure.
