The best place to take your pets! They fixed up our Hurley immediately after a nightmare hack job done by VetCo. They are so sweet and welcoming there. Incredibly knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend Dr. Jen Osborne. She’s 10/10 AMAZING!

I was recommended to Dr. Ashbran by an employee at Irvine Specialty Hospital (Blue Pearl). I had just found out my cat of 15 years had IBD (previously diagnosed), which had progressed to cancer. The staff at NHAH tried their hardest to assist me, and my family with her end of life care while working with Dr. Tanzey at Blue Pearl. Dr. Ashbran sent me and my family a HANDWRITTEN sympathy card. When I worked in a small veterinary clinic in the mid to late 90's, I drafted, and signed the sympathy cards to our clients. This is a hard field to be in, especially during pre and post pandemic. My family and I still joke that if you need a qualified human doctor, call the vet! After the loss of Bella my boyfriend surprised me with another kitten he named, "Willy". Even though I was not financially or emotionally ready for another animal, Dr. Ashbran and the staff have been super helpful, patient and responsive to my concerns. Please be patient and kind to any employee in the Veterinary field - most of the negativity that occurs in this field is out of care, concern, and compassion for your "fur baby". Most importantly, use common sense. I definitely recommend Dr. Ashbran and NHAH!

Not happy, I feel ripped off and my dogs still has a bad ear infection. They refuse to give me oral antibiotics and I’ve been there twice, the ear drops do nothing! My poor dog keeps shaking its head non stop and the ear is bright red. $500+ later still not better. I will never go here ever again and I recommend you stay far away from this place. I want a refund so I can take my dog to a competent vet.

I have been bringing my dogs to Dr. Ashbran at Newport Harbor Animal Hospital, Cowboy, Chester, Mardi, and now Mr. Big. I have always gotten the best care for my dogs and Dr. Ashbran is the best. My dogs have all lived to be in their late teens and I could not have kept them in such good condition without him. All the staff is first rate. My dogs are always happy to go there.

I have too many details to share here, so I’ll just say I’m so happy I found NHAH. I was referred by an ER Vet to Dr Wade. I’ve found they hire the cream of the crop for Vets, front office and technicians. My wonderful loving rescued cat would have been put down if not for them. The big difference, besides skill, is they care so much and treat every patient as if it’s their own loved one. I can’t say enough good about this place.

Fantastic service and expertise. Great vets/techs that care for your pet. Professional staff that is pleasant and values your time. Very clean facility with freeway access and plenty of parking.
I've (happily) driven almost 40 miles for years having our dogs cared for there. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

These vets are the only ones I trust, and will trust, with my fur babies!! They are honest and compassionate. They have every service your pet will need, on location. We have pugs and not every vet is familiar with the idiosyncrasies with this breed. Dr Wade and Dr Sebzda are the very best!!! My husband felt they were a little too expensive so he tried every vet in Huntington Beach (I think), where we live. He now agrees that no matter what, the care our babies get here is far superior to anywhere else and he won’t trust anyone else with his little babies!!!

I could not have been more confident in this Dr.
I wish I would have found them years ago. She gave me options and was interested in giving the best care for the most fair cost. I was so impressed, I could have cried. My precious kitty is very lucky I found them. They may save her life - so much good instruction and good care from them.
