Great group of people, great experience especially for an emergency situation, they stepped up and helped us when 4 other local vets, were going to make my poor dog suffer 16+ hours and wait until they opened the next day, or drive to Champaign. Excellent service! Our 15 year old dog had an emergency yesterday and our regular vet would not take him and suggested another facility 2 hours away. My husband called around and newton was happy to help! They were very friendly and professional I highly recommend them!

I have been going to this vet for 9 years They have a fantastic caring attitude towards my pet. I recently had to put one of my dogs down and the compassion and caring they showed my dog and myself was amazing. I can highly recommend this vet without hesitation. I had no problem with this place except I had $90-$95 $ bill when we had been referred to another place , but when my boy died - in Agony & I asked this place for Rebels records , they refused ! So I tried a notarized letter ..Thier $95 that would not make or break them meant more than having mercy on grieving mother ..they got their $95 & year now they won't even awnser a couple questions I had , easy FG questions .I'm on the Down not associate with her list .. I'm finding these people in these places Are ALL THE SAME ...SO PEOPLE , GOD FORBID YOU ARE POOR OR IF SOMEONE HELPS YOU WITH YOYR BOLL REMEMBER THAT KNOCKS YOUR WORTH AS PERSON DOWN .ALL THESE UNBELIEVABLE , HEARTLESS " doctors " - THEY ARE ALL ABOUT GETTING THIER MONEY & REALLY NO NE OF THEM SO FAR DO IT BECAUSE THEY GENUINELY CARE ABOUT ANIMALS , OR HOW EVER MUCH YOU MAY NEED YOUR COMPANION - IT IS ABOUT THEM GETTING THAT MONEY !! NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO - ALWAYS CHECK WHATEVEVR THESE PLACES SEND YOU HOME WITH , ESPECIALLY IF THEY SAY THEY GUVING SOMETHING TO HELP HIM !! CHECK FOR YOURSELF PEOPLE , I WAS MOT SMART ENOUGH & IT COSTED ME DEARLY ! I WOULDN'T HABE GIVEN ANY DAMN STARS FOR NONE OF THESE PLACES ...GEARTLESS BASTARDS !
