It was a great experience. I came in close to closing time and without my wallet, but I was able to pull up all my documents and payment on my phone. The front desk woman was very patient with me and kind, and I was impressed they saw me so close to closing time. The nurse was fast and efficient, and the nurse practitioner was great! She was not rushing and spent time going over my symptoms and coming up with a treatment that worked for me while breastfeeding. Will definitely come here again.

Excellent service. Walked in wanting to be tested for strep, thinking I may have caught it from a recent nephew visit.
I didn't have my insurance card with me, after going over in house insurance options I almost decided to go home until the wonderful lady behind the counter found my insurance using some portal and took the time to print it out for future insurance needs. Top notch service.
The nurses and doctor were very fast and through with testing and explaining options for treatment.
If I ever need an urgent care visit again this is my go to from now on. Highly recommend. Clean facilities. Safe area. Great staff. In and Out in under an hour as a new patient.

Definitely returning back. I have always chosen a different walk in, but am returning to them. They were shorthanded, but understandable. The wait was well worth it. No complaints!

The medical assistant here was very nice. I would love to have her as my doctor one day. The NP seemed to be going through something and just wanted me out of there soon. Granted, I came in about 30 minutes before closing. Didn’t really like that feeling in the middle of me being terribly sick. Probably will not ever come here again.

Super slow getting to you even though you were the 2nd person through their door. I feel like they keep pushing me down their list as more people come in. We have been waiting over an hour to see the doctor. They need to hire more people considering there is only one nurse and one Dr here, we've had a bunch of errands to run today since my husband is off work today but it's looking like we're not going to be able to get anything done because this is not express or urgent care with the time it takes to be seen.

The staff were very nice & friendly. The doctor took the time to listen to what I had to say & asked questions about what had taken place & where my arm hurt. Had me get x-rays done at the south office. Called me & informed me of what the X-rays revealed. Very professional personnel.

Will never come back here. When I got here today there was 1 person being discharged and 1 other person ahead of me which went back right before I did 10 minutes in waiting room. NOTE that when I was walked to my room there was only one other door closed meaning thereThen an 1 hour and 6 minutes in the room before the N.P came in 2 minutes with her waited another 10 minutes for shots. If i didn't pay first I would have walked out in thirty minutes.

Very courteous and professional health care establishment. No long wait times and a very positive experience from the receptionist the moment I walked into the office. Healthcare nurses and physician's assistant were friendly and aware of how valuable my time is to me. I would highly recommend over many other care providers in my area.
