If you are sick and want a NP to shout at you in an open hallway, rudely tell you to try treating yourself with what you've already tried at home, then tell you ' I don't know where your attitude is coming from", while asking no information about your medical history, please make sure you ask for J. Morrison.
The front desk lady was really nice though, and the lady taking vitals.
I do not recommend this place.

I took my son here (14) today (Sunday ) because he is very ill with influenza A (tested positive). We didn't wait long and he had to puke while he was getting his vitals. The nurse and Dr were kind and fast. The Dr gave him all the meds to make him comfortable and she wrote him a note to stay out of school. She explained every med she gave us and explained what we could expect for the next few days. The lobby was clean , the front desk gal was so sweet and carried great conversation, nurse was prompt and compassionate and the DR was kind, informative , fast and caring. We will always go back here if we cant get into our regular Dr. 10 out of 10 recommend (and you can make appointments online if you don't want to chance the wait!)

The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The nurse who I saw first was very nice and made me feel comfortable being there. The PA was extremely knowledgeable and was concerned about why I was there and made me felt comfortable.

We set an appt at 10:40 am and didn't get called back until 12:37pm and didn't walk out until 2:10 pm. Usually I don't have a bad experience taking my daughter here but this last time was super terrible with all the waiting.... however, I did love the doctor. She was super nice and really good with my child.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at an urgent care. I took my daughter in for a UTI. We sat in the lobby for over an hour past her appointment time to finally be seen. There were all of 2 other in the waiting room when we went back to be seen. Pretty much when a patient was done and left another patient went back. When we went back to the exam room the doctor came in for about 2 minutes, asked all of 3 questions and left. Not once was my daughter actually examined and when she came back we got our diagnosis and then said we'll she also has a rash too. The doctor then got snippy and said that would have been nice to know before I closed her case. I told her that she came in for all of 2 minutes and not once did she direct questions to my daughter nor did she examine her. My daughter (who is 7) will answer any questions directed at her. I am not a doctor so who am I to know what to ask and what I should be looking for. The doctor didn't even seem like she wanted to be there and gave the excuse that they are very busy.

I don't really understand the negative reviews on this place. Today was the first time I came in for a visit with them, and they were wonderful. The front desk lady was very polite and helpful when I had trouble filling out my paperwork on my phone. The nurse and doctor I saw were very pleasant as well. The doctor (I wish I got her name) had very polite bed side manners. She was attentive and listened to my concerns, especially around my family medical history. I never felt like I was being rushed or dismissed. I would definitely return, and recommend them for urgent care.

It was easy to make an appointment. However I feel the diagnosis of my condition was subpar. I I I I went in because of severe congestion, headaches and ear pain. When the DR looked in my hears I told her that my left hear had a sharp pain and there was fluid coming out of the ear. But she said that the fluid was caused from ear wax and had nothing to do with my conditions. I disagree and I feel the fluid in my ear had everything to do with my condition. The following day there was some blood coming out of the same ear.

Did not know that we probably should’ve made an appointment before popping in, but they took us. Our weight was short. We seen the doctor quickly and was sent on our way.
