We had to help our pup cross the rainbow bridge yesterday, and it was an incredibly hard decision. The Night Owl team was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, they handled everything with such compassion and care, making an unbearably painful time a little more bearable. Night Owls took wonderful care of my 11 year-old rabbit who had GI stasis. They kept him a few hours to get his system back on track. The staff was so nice and caring, and they sent follow-up texts to ask how he was doing. His regular vet has not even done that. I would use them again for my sweet bunny.

Our pup Colin started developing symptoms of Parvo almost as soon as we brought him home. I was in tears when we received the diagnosis, but with treatment here, he was better within a day and made a full recovery in less than a week! He is now a very healthy boy who has brought so much love and joy to our lives, will always be grateful for Night Owls. I highly recommend anyone who has a pup to of course get them vaccinated against Parvo ASAP, but if they already have it before you can, get them the new CPMA vaccine. It’s expensive, but kept Colin from needing even more expensive hospitalization, and his recovery was very fast.

We took our cat Kali to get spayed and get her shots. They took excellent care of our girl. They made sure she was fed after surgery and was well recovered before sending her home. Excellent customer service, they answered my texts and calls when I was nervous about how she was doing.

I had a very urgent spay/abort that needed to be done, we had recently had our boy fixed but wasn’t quick enough unfortunately. My cat Iris was 5/6 weeks and thankfully they were able to get her in and out with ease, no complications. They explained the risks but with the over population of kitties, and the risks she could’ve had with giving birth I was certain this is what I wanted to do. They didn’t seem annoyed by any questions. I wasn’t met with any judgement. This was last resort and they treated me and my cat with kindness. She is still healing, only 2 days in and they texted to follow up to see how she’s doing. I know if I have any questions they are a text or call away! I’m so grateful and thankful to the vet and staff that took care of my baby!

Yesterday, my Maggie had to be put out of her pain. I can not express the kindness we received from the staff. From the phone call of desperation to find someone to help my baby girl, to arrival and to the room to help my baby girl. Price didn't matter but it was very reasonable. The kindness is what matters. I love this place and their team ! They saved my 3 fur babies from Parvo ! And now they are doing better than ever ! I cannot thank thinks place enough and there scratch pay program helped me so much ! They definitely care more about ur animals than the money forsure ! the other 24/7 emergency vet in Mishawaka is a joke . This place I highly recommend ! Even other vets recommend this place ! Nothing but good things to say about them ! They send texts and check up on u and ur animals ! They give advice and always can give a call !!!
