Their new facility provides a lot of space, and the care and attention they take is over the top. I have two kitties that have no issues with their occassional visits there. Glad that I have found this facility that is also close to me. Great vet choice!

I feel completely ripped off. My wife brought our dog in because he was limping. A physical was not even done in front of her and was told our dog immediately needed X-rays. So 1000 later nothing was done except pain killers and was told his knee cap will just go back in place. Weeks later we reached out again because there was no improvement and was told they can send the X-rays in for further evaluation and more money!
We decided to take our dog to another vet. He immediately showed us his knee cap moves back and forth and referred us so he can get surgery on his knee. Pain medication will not just fix that. He was able to assess this without any X-rays as well. I am disgusted. Just providing pain killers and acting like he was all good to go and it wasn’t anything we needed to be concerned about when he was picked up! No resolution or referral on what we need to do for our dog!!

We switched to Noah's after the pet store vet's office lost a lot of staff and had one vet seeing over 15 pets a day. It was one of the best decisions ever. The staff at Noah's are incredibly compassionate and helpful. They treat you and your pets like family and are very well staffed. They also have care plans for pets, much like the vet office in the pet store, the only difference being you have to pay for the whole year up front. If you're looking for a local vet that has a great team of people, excellent care, and reasonable prices, this is your place.

My cat had dental surgery here and my rabbits both had check-ups. They were thorough both in explaining everything to me and the check-ups. They even went above and beyond for one of my rabbits with matted hair. So grateful for such compassionate customer service!

I was very pleased with my first visit to Noah's North. I had been dealing with another hospital for my 14 year old Lahso Apso. I felt I wasn't being heard, but at Noah's it was completely different. Everyone on staff was Profesional, caring and took the time to hear me and showed genuine concern and care for my baby. Especially liked the time Dr Burnell took to listen and then explain her ideas and plans for Marleys treatment. I left feeling I had a team dedicated to help me that I could count on.

Dr. Burnell is an excellent veterinarian. She is knowledgeable, skilled and has a caring personality so you can understand her advise on how to best care for your dog. She explained my dogs issues using common sense examples so I can provide the best care for my dog when I get home. She takes her time with you/your dog, explains what she is doing, or going to do, why she is doing it, where other vets seem to hurry on to the next patient. Dr. Burnell will be my choice for veterinary services for a very long time. She is a good one!
